00:00Any human from any walk of life should be able to walk into this pub and sit on their own get a laptop up open a

00:06Book and have whatever they wanted to drink and not be bothered. Our place in the neighborhood

00:11Manages and I would like to think pretty successfully manages to juggle those different needs of different customer bases

00:18So we've got a nice balance of being a bit of a destination bar

00:22And I would like to think in terms of that interest in food offering you can choose a vinyl

00:26you can have lots and lots of craft beer, but we're in Celtic play at home with a male from Celtic Park and

00:31We just need to make sure we've got a really quick service lots of tenants lots of Guinness

00:36It's a great bit of Guinness here

00:37We clean lines on a Tuesday come at four o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon

00:40It's the best Guinness you'll get and so we we just try and combine those two elements and also when we opened

00:47This was 10 years ago

00:48I remember a big thing was that any human from any walk of life

00:53Should be able to walk into this pub and sit on their own get a laptop up open a book

00:59And have whatever they wanted to drink and not be bothered. Sometimes you can romanticize your old-fashioned pubs

01:04but you know, it's not always been the case that that was the case for everyone who came into a bar and

01:09And we were very focused and keen to make that the case

01:13So that's the reality big groups can come in and drink shots and have a good time

01:18You can have a pint before the Celtic game or any other game you're going to

01:22You can go through the cap you're offering and listen to some vinyl or you can just chill out in a corner

01:26So it's it's a lovely balance of all those types of customer
