00:00It is a degree course that is activated here at the campus after a few years of waiting.
00:11In reality, this waiting is due to a deep reflection made on this second level of training,
00:20which at this time has allowed us to organize a study plan around the deepening of clinical,
00:28specialist training. Today, however, it is necessary to deal with the problems of a population
00:36that is aging, that goes against chronic diseases and to a life end with really complex
00:44assistance problems. It is a degree course that harmonizes clinical skills with
00:50organizational, research and ethics skills, precisely to work in a collaborative climate
00:57within the health structures, with doctors, nurses, other nurses and health personnel,
01:05with diversified health professionals, with a perspective of interprofessionalism.
01:12It is a course that will somehow establish a climate, create a climate of collaboration
01:19between students in order to then play these interprofessional skills alongside patients and families.
01:28It is a degree course that pays close attention to a strong integration of scientific and humanistic knowledge,
01:37because assistance has precisely this purpose of developing interventions for humans
01:45and therefore suitable for any type of need, of care.
