00:00The epidemiological transition will have a culmination in about 20 years.
00:11Thanks to the PNRR, we are also putting solutions into practice,
00:18because community hospitals and family and community nurses
00:24will represent the dimension of the last mile
00:28that will be able to guarantee the health response directly at the patient's home,
00:35avoiding an inappropriate use of the hospital.
00:41Because this is what is happening today
00:46and it makes us take away important economic resources from the care.
00:55Because we find hospitals more and more congested
00:59and we are not able to give the answer to those who really need it for an emergency.
01:04So we have to bring the chronic diseases and polypathologies on the territory,
01:09manage them, avoiding the return to the hospital.
01:12The master's degree course presented today here at the Biomedical Campus
01:17represents a further step forward
01:20compared to the path that we are putting into practice with the institutions
01:25and that we should be almost at the end,
01:28to be able to carry out the master's degree in specialist management for nurses.
01:34The agreements and definitions with the competent ministries,
01:40therefore the University and the Ministry of Health,
01:42are three master's degrees in specialist management,
01:47that is family and community nursing, pediatric nursing
01:54and the third is for emergencies, which as you know is a special moment.
