00:00Cassandra Lee Ong filed a petition for a certiorari and asked for a temporary restraining order from the Supreme Court against the committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives.

00:09Ong is one of those who are involved in the illegal operation of Pogo in Porac, Pampanga, and faces a hearing in the Quadcom in the House of Representatives.

00:17Attorney Ferdinand Topacio said that the judges are overreacting to Ong's insistence.

00:24Ong wants to be jailed more than answering the questions of the judges who are already affected by his mental health.

00:33He's shouting, he's being ridiculed, he's being intimidated, he's being threatened.

00:39There are very insulting words that are being said to him. You are the witnesses of this.

00:45That's the only thing we want to stop. Once the right to remain silent is invoked, no further questionings should be made.

00:54Sen. Rizon Tiveros admitted that the Supreme Court will demand the power of the Senate to issue a subpoena and contempt.

01:02Congressman Dan Fernandez said that Ong cannot use the right to remain silent.

01:07He can invoke the right against self-incrimination, depending on the question.

01:12Topacio warned Fernandez that he should not comment on the merit of the petition.

01:19If Fernandez continues, Topacio will be forced to file a motion to issue a subpoena in contempt of the court.
