00:00Senate President Chis Escudero called it a shame that the PNP and NBI still failed to suspend Bantarlac Mayor Alice Guo.

00:10Yes, it's a shame for the PNP that this cannot be done.

00:16Especially that they are still here in the country according to the Bureau of Immigration.

00:21But as an example, it's not because the PNP is kicking them out,

00:24we will remove the intelligence fund and they will kick them even more if ever.

00:29Escudero will discuss in the budget hearing of the NBI and PNP why Guo has not been sentenced yet.

00:35In the Senate hearing this Monday,

00:37Sen. Gingoy Astrada said that the 2025 budget of the NBI and PNP will be reduced

00:42if Guo will not be seen within a month.

00:46Escudero is not happy about this,

00:47because they might not be able to continue their operative work.

00:51The committee of the Senate arrested Guo

00:53because he did not appear in the hearing about the illegal fireworks several times.

00:58According to NBI Director Jaime Santiago, they are still looking for the mayor.

01:03If he will appeal to Guo, the mayor will not be spared if he gives in to the NBI.
