00:00The Supreme Court gave the Senate Committee on Women and Children 10 days to comment on the petition of suspended Bambang Mayor Alice Guo.

00:08Guo's campaigner is asking the committee to clean up the filth that he is being forced to bring to the hearings regarding the investigation in Pogo against Bambang Tarlac.

00:17Guo is facing a complaint of Qualified Human Trafficking.

00:20He has previously denied the accusation.

00:22According to his lawyer, Atty. Stephen David, Guo is still in the Philippines.

00:26While the Supreme Court has not yet decided on the petition, Guo is still appealing to the Senate.

00:34You know, hiding is risky.

00:36It's a waste of life if you hide.

00:39The problem here is, if he appears in the Senate, he will just speak.

00:44And then, if he finishes questioning, there will be no arrest order.

00:50I always remind him because there is a consequence if he cannot attend the hearings.

00:55This Monday, the Senate showed Guo's detention room in case he will be arrested or surrendered.

01:02It has an aircon, three double-deck beds, water dispenser and its own bathroom.

01:07Only the family and lawyers can visit.

01:10Guo is also prohibited from using any gadgets.

01:13If he will use a cell phone, it should be from the Senate.
