00:20Cassandra Leong is back to the camera after being hospitalized after experiencing low blood pressure in the hearing last Wednesday.

00:27Ong is being investigated by the camera for his involvement in the operation of Lucky South 99 in Porac, Pampanga.

00:34But Ong's lawyer said that his client would prefer him to be jailed than to be forced to answer to the Congress.

00:41He said that even in the women's correctional, his mental health is deteriorating.

00:48His lawyers filed a petition to the Supreme Court to ask the Congress and the Senate to let Ong know his right to remain silent and his right to defend himself.

00:59They also asked for a temporary restraining order against three committees of the Senate and four committees of the Congress or the Quad Committee.

01:17According to Ong's lawyers, they did not intend to stop the investigations conducted by the Senate and the camera and they will continue the hearings if necessary.
