00:04their proposed budget for 2025. DOST Secretary Renato Soledum Jr. says the
00:11future of weather forecasting is in the use of artificial intelligence or AI. He
00:16further explained that for now they can issue a five-day weather forecast for
00:20rains which they want to improve to 15 days with AI. For his part, Senator Juan
00:27Miguel Zubiri stated it is important for the public to be fully informed of a
00:31possibility of heavy downpour.
