00:26What prompted PAOC and PNP-CIDG to file a Qualified Trafficking Case

00:33against Cassandra Ong and her other accomplices?

00:37You know, we have 10 Chinese witnesses

00:42who say that they have experience in kidnapping and forcibly bringing them to Lackey South 99,

00:50to the Whirlwind Corporation compound to work in scamming activities.

00:56We also have four Filipino nationals who showed their direct knowledge,

01:04first-hand knowledge with regards to the incidents of kidnapping, kidnapping and forceful abduction

01:15in the area of Lackey South 99, where one of the officials, Cassandra Lee Ong,

01:23we should remember that she's 24 years old, but she was able to establish such a business.

01:29She has a direct knowledge of what's happening here.

01:34That's why she's one of the main suspects.

01:38Sir, aside from this, what are the evidences that support PAOC and BAMBAN to say that these organizations are interconnected?

01:48You know, when we raided BAMBAN, we saw the documents proving that they have a direct connection to PAOC and Lackey South 99.

02:10There's one in Friendship Highway in Angeles, there's one in Highcourt in Porac, there's one in Vigan, there's one in Lawag in Araw.

02:19Their profit in their branches, in Lackey South 99, became seed money to establish and start an operation here in BAMBAN.

02:32That's why you saw, when Alice Leal Guo, Guo Waping ran away, who helped her in Batam?

02:39Was it Jiang Jin, the former president of Lackey South 99?

02:44When she was arrested here in Jakarta, Indonesia, who was caught in the CCTV of Jakarta Airport, Jakarta Ferry?

04:25Is there an investigation being conducted by PAOC and other law enforcement agencies in the human reserve of POGO Hub in Porac, Pampanga?

04:37Yes. There are witnesses who came and said that foreign nationals were buried in Porac in Lackey South 99.

04:50That's why we are applying for a search warrant.

04:55At the moment, it is legal for us to search the locations that were taught by the witnesses that foreign nationals were not buried.

05:05Hopefully, within the week, we can get a warrant.

05:09Sir, you also reported in the reports that Lackey South 99 is the most notorious in the POGO community.

05:16What are the other illegal activities that you discovered in this POGO Hub?

05:21Of course, their typical activities are scamming, love scam, cryptocurrency scam.

05:27You know, almost all crimes associated to POGOs are here.

05:32Kidnapping, murder, torture, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, money laundering, scamming.

05:42I can go on and on with the number of cases that were filed against these two hubs, Porac and Pampanga.

05:53Okay. In other talks, based on the recent statements, there were no cases filed against Wesley Guo in the so-called relationship of Cassandra Ong.

06:03While the investigation is ongoing, have you seen a connection between Wesley Guo and these issues?

06:11We have seen that his name is also being used as an incorporator in other businesses of the Guo.

06:23So we're just waiting for the...

06:26Let's remember, the first cases that we filed were only the first cases.

06:32So we still have a good number of cases that are being developed against the members of the Guo family,

06:39as well as other personalities that were first included in the talks of Pampanga and Porac.

06:46We're just building up the evidence so we can be sure that the evidence is strong and can't be tapped or dismissed at the level of DOJ prosecutors.

06:56So for now, do we have details on what Wesley Guo is up to?

07:01If he is found or caught, what are the possible cases that he might face?

07:07With regards to his location, that is what we have instructed our law enforcement, such as the National Bureau of Investigation,

07:16such as the Bureau of Immigration and the Philippine National Police, the DOJ and the DILG agencies.

07:24If ever he is caught, he will be included in the next cases of qualified trafficking and money laundering.

07:34Please send a message to our countrymen who are now caught in this story.
