Shamsul Azri: Civil service KPI to be linked to propensity to report corruption

The key performance indicators (KPI) for civil servants will be linked to a new requirement involving failure to report corruption, says the Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar.

Speaking at the 2024 KSN Leadership Aspiration ceremony on Tuesday (Sept 10), Shamsul Azri emphasised that to enhance integrity and accountability, improvements are needed in the MyPerformance system.
