00:00Well I've had to come to this decision really unwillingly but I've had to do it because
00:07I need to move on with my life. My husband passed away in January as a lot of people would know
00:12and I feel that now is the time to actually close the shop. I've only been opening on Saturdays and
00:21I think well you know this is, I've given so many years of my life to this business it'd be sad to
00:27see it go and our customers are loyal customers that have been with us for donkey's years and
00:34I'd like to thank them all dearly and wish them all the best and we'll carry on from here.
00:41Yeah and you were just talking to me about your husband and how amazing he was and how he really
00:46fought to the end to keep this business going and what would you say about him and the man he was?
00:50Well a straightforward man always willing to help people and always did things that he thought was
00:56right. Didn't stand any nonsense but he was a fair man and tried to help everybody in the Italian
01:02community over the years in different spheres. Yeah and Tony you were telling me kind of how
01:08proud you are of your kind of your dad and your mum for running the business for so many years and
01:12it must be really sad to see it close now. I mean it's been such a big part of you know my brother's
01:17and sister's lives. I mean I've never known anything different. I mean I was born into the
01:22shop. You know I lived behind the shop for quite a few years and so it is a big part of our life so
01:29it is very hard. I understand why my mum wants to do it but it was not easy for us as well because
01:35this is part of us you know when you've grown up with it so it is a shame but I totally
01:41understand why my mum wants to do it and I wish her all the best in her retirement so yeah.
