00:10:36I tried to divide the routes well.
00:10:38So the beds are reserved, the dinners too.
00:10:41And for lunch you have to get something yourself.
00:10:44Do you know the system?
00:10:45Not really.
00:10:46It's not complicated.
00:10:47If you want to take something, tell me beforehand.
00:10:49Everything else is paid in advance.
00:10:51870 euros, no credit card.
00:10:53Ah, yes, 870 euros.
00:10:56Yes.
00:10:57But yes, I said on the phone.
00:10:59Six-day hike, 870 euros.
00:11:02Yes, a donkey needs care, it's expensive.
00:11:04Yes, of course, yes.
00:11:06So, the route plan, the hiking map,
00:11:09garbage bags.
00:11:11Here you are.
00:11:12You get two, I explain it to you.
00:11:14The things from your suitcase you distribute in these sacks.
00:11:16You leave the suitcase here.
00:11:17In the end you get it back.
00:11:19Okay?
00:11:20Is good.
00:11:22For you, here.
00:11:23Dinner at 7 p.m., breakfast at 8 p.m.
00:11:25The bedroom is there.
00:11:27There is enough space.
00:11:28Look for something.
00:11:29Do you need towels?
00:11:31Yes, I need, yes.
00:11:34Towel.
00:11:35Thank you.
00:11:36See you later.
00:11:51Thank you.
00:12:12Everyone take a seat.
00:12:13To the table, people.
00:12:14Are you coming?
00:12:15Good evening.
00:12:16Good evening.
00:12:18Ah, the descendant.
00:12:20Mademoiselle called yesterday and booked.
00:12:23Good day.
00:12:24Good day.
00:12:25Good day.
00:12:26You are very lucky that we still have a donkey.
00:12:29Yes.
00:12:30You hike with a donkey?
00:12:32Yes.
00:12:34Why?
00:12:35You don't?
00:12:36No, no.
00:12:38No, the donkey is an option.
00:12:41Just because Stevenson did it, we don't have to do it too.
00:12:44No, thank you.
00:12:46We are not crazy.
00:12:47It was not a pleasure for Stevenson.
00:12:50At that time, the backpack was not invented yet,
00:12:52there was no throwing tent yet.
00:12:54Ah, the customers don't carry everything themselves, do they?
00:12:57Yes.
00:12:58There was no sleeping bag.
00:12:59He had someone make one so that he could sleep outside.
00:13:02But am I the only one here who hikes with a donkey?
00:13:05Yes.
00:13:06That will be great.
00:13:08Are you alone?
00:13:10Yes.
00:13:13Fantastic.
00:13:14You deserve it.
00:13:15Have you ever hiked with a donkey?
00:13:17Oh, where from?
00:13:19This is your first hike?
00:13:21Exactly.
00:13:24Bad.
00:13:25Yes, but actually, it was planned differently.
00:13:29I was arranged, but he's not here.
00:13:33Where were you arranged?
00:13:35Here?
00:13:37Yes, I mean, he told me that he was going to do the Stevenson way.
00:13:43Do you know that the Stevenson way does not start here?
00:13:46It starts much further up, in the central massif.
00:13:49In Monastier-sur-Garcelle.
00:13:51Did he just tell you that he's going to Chassera d'Eslos?
00:13:54Yes, I mean, I think he's only doing half.
00:13:59I understand.
00:14:00He doesn't even know you're here, does he?
00:14:03It's a surprise.
00:14:06In a way.
00:14:09Well, I said honor now, but it is an honor, isn't it?
00:14:14Is it a man?
00:14:16Yes, yes.
00:14:18It's a man, yes.
00:14:21I understand.
00:14:23Is it your lover?
00:14:27I'm sorry, it's a habit, you know.
00:14:30These meals together, the company, you are immediately familiar with each other.
00:14:35We're used to eating with people we don't know.
00:14:38I mean, yes, he's my lover.
00:14:43That's so nice.
00:14:46You should call him.
00:14:50Yes, but no.
00:14:53Where are you?
00:14:55At Orange?
00:14:58No, no, but that's...
00:15:00I'll lend him mine.
00:15:01No, no, that's nice, but...
00:15:04All right.
00:15:05It's not really possible.
00:15:06Oh, yes?
00:15:10Why not?
00:15:12Well, he's not alone.
00:15:15I understand.
00:15:18He's out with his...
00:15:21...wife.
00:15:25But then...
00:15:27...it's probably better not to call him.
00:15:29Exactly.
00:15:31No, but I would have loved to experience that, Cherry.
00:15:33Honestly, I love something like that.
00:15:35I'll put it this way, nothing would have happened anyway.
00:15:39Oh, yes?
00:15:40Then why are you here?
00:15:42An impulse, maybe.
00:15:44Exactly.
00:15:45That's how it is.
00:15:46Quite right.
00:15:47The way it is, it's definitely...
00:15:50...it's good.
00:15:51I'm glad to be here.
00:15:52Exactly.
00:15:53And it's good that he's not here.
00:15:57Yes, but maybe he's in another accommodation.
00:15:59There are only three in the area.
00:16:01Oh, yes?
00:16:02We're not the only ones.
00:16:03I understand.
00:16:05What would you have done if he had been here?
00:16:08Well...
00:16:09What do I know?
00:16:11Nothing.
00:16:13And does his wife know you?
00:16:15Yes, a little.
00:16:19Your daughter visited my class this year and...
00:16:23That can't be true.
00:16:26You're right.
00:16:27Shame on me.
00:16:29Yes, it is.
00:16:33She would have understood right away.
00:16:34Very quiet.
00:16:35You should keep your mouth shut.
00:16:37I'll tell you what you should do now.
00:16:39Go home and find someone who's free.
00:16:43Yes, yes.
00:16:44A sip of wine.
00:16:45You can do whatever you want.
00:16:46In any case, we don't pay anything back.
00:16:49No, it's too late for that.
00:16:51You're not going back to Paris now that you're already there.
00:16:54Stay.
00:16:55Huh?
00:16:56Now really.
00:16:58Do you have...
00:16:59exercises?
00:17:00She doesn't need exercises.
00:17:01She's young.
00:17:02You can see that she's very fit.
00:17:05Still, the height difference alone...
00:17:07Yes, that's...
00:17:08No, it's not bad.
00:17:10Who knows?
00:17:11Maybe he's running somewhere along the way.
00:17:13Huh?
00:17:14Could be.
00:17:22So...
00:17:23Which one do you want?
00:17:25That one.
00:17:27The grey one?
00:17:28Yes.
00:17:29That's good.
00:17:30Great choice.
00:17:31Will you take it off for me?
00:17:32Yes.
00:17:33Then come.
00:17:40It's heavy, isn't it?
00:17:41Yes, it's heavy.
00:17:43Good day, Mademoiselle.
00:17:45Good day, Patrick.
00:17:47Your name is Patrick?
00:17:48But no, I'm Jacques.
00:17:49He's Patrick.
00:17:52This is Ireland.
00:17:53Yes, yes.
00:17:55Let's go.
00:17:57Say good day.
00:17:58Good day, Patrick.
00:17:59Exactly.
00:18:01It's a good start.
00:18:07So.
00:18:08Now your pockets.
00:18:14Close them.
00:18:17Come on, take a look.
00:18:19You have to get closer.
00:18:20Come, come closer.
00:18:21Exactly.
00:18:22That's right.
00:18:23Have a nice day.
00:18:25Goodbye.
00:18:27Very important.
00:18:28Don't let him wander around.
00:18:30If you stop, tie him up.
00:18:32Always.
00:18:33Can you tie a bow?
00:18:35No.
00:18:36Okay, don't panic.
00:18:38It's very easy.
00:18:39I'll show you.
00:18:41Hop.
00:18:42Make a bow.
00:18:43This through there.
00:18:44This through there.
00:18:45Very easy.
00:18:46Got it?
00:18:48One more thing.
00:18:49If he ever goes down too fast...
00:18:51Helicopter.
00:18:52Huh?
00:18:53You see?
00:18:54He gets scared and stops.
00:18:55Okay?
00:18:56That's how it works.
00:18:57Good.
00:18:58That's it.
00:18:59And so that he starts running?
00:19:01As far as that is concerned, you just have to get through.
00:19:03Show who the boss is.
00:19:04And don't let him eat everything, especially not on the first day.
00:19:06All right?
00:19:07Get through, okay?
00:19:09Good.
00:19:10And if necessary...
00:19:12No holding back.
00:19:13He has a thick fur.
00:19:14Huh, my Patrick?
00:19:16Good.
00:19:17Have a nice vacation.
00:19:18I'll put this in there first.
00:19:21And...
00:19:22Where...
00:19:23Where are we going?
00:19:24It's not complicated.
00:19:25There are markings.
00:19:26Oh, really?
00:19:27You've got...
00:19:28Even he knows.
00:19:38Then let's go.
00:19:39Come on, Patrick.
00:19:42Come on, Patrick.
00:19:43Forward, please.
00:19:44Tighter.
00:19:45Tighter.
00:19:47But I can't.
00:19:48Tighter.
00:19:49Forward, Patrick.
00:19:54Come on, Patrick.
00:19:57Have a nice vacation.
00:19:58Goodbye.
00:20:13Oh, no.
00:20:14No.
00:20:15No.
00:20:17No, Patrick.
00:20:18Forward.
00:20:19Come on.
00:20:21Come on.
00:20:23Come on now.
00:20:28Come on, my big one.
00:20:29Let's go.
00:20:30Come on, come on.
00:20:33I'm full.
00:20:37Good.
00:20:41Come on, my sweet.
00:20:43What happened?
00:20:44What don't you like?
00:20:47Look, I'm with you and we're going.
00:20:50Now together.
00:20:53Come on, let's go.
00:20:55Yes.
00:20:57It can be that easy.
00:20:59I just have to walk close to you.
00:21:03My donkey, my donkey.
00:21:05His head hurts so much.
00:21:08Madame is knitting a hat for his beautiful head.
00:21:13The shoes are purple, la la la.
00:21:16The shoes are purple.
00:21:18My donkey, my donkey.
00:21:22Go again, damn it.
00:21:27So you really want to annoy me.
00:21:30Good.
00:21:32We can make it so that you stay here and I go.
00:21:34Do you want that?
00:21:35All right.
00:21:37I'm going, Patrick.
00:21:40Take care, Patrick.
00:21:5411.25.
00:21:56Well, I don't know if that's clear to you, but we'll never get there, Patrick.
00:21:59We didn't even make two kilometers.
00:22:02So we need 20 years for the stage.
00:22:04Does that go through your head, yes?
00:22:06Is that clear to you at all?
00:22:10Okay, you won.
00:22:11Picnic break.
00:22:17That's annoying.
00:22:21Really, I've had enough.
00:22:23I've had enough of this dirty donkey.
00:22:25I'm going to pee now.
00:22:35So.
00:22:49Okay, you can't even pee in peace.
00:23:05Patrick!
00:23:07No, I don't like that.
00:23:09No!
00:23:16Patrick!
00:23:18Patrick!
00:23:20Stay, damn it!
00:23:22Stay!
00:23:24You're totally crazy.
00:23:34Come on!
00:23:39Come on!
00:23:47Come, come.
00:23:55Hey!
00:23:58Good day.
00:24:00Good day.
00:24:01Thank you.
00:24:03I didn't see you this morning.
00:24:06I left earlier and just took a break.
00:24:09Is everything okay?
00:24:10Yes, yes, yes, thank you, yes.
00:24:17Have you seen him?
00:24:22Who now?
00:24:24The one you were talking about yesterday, your...
00:24:27No.
00:24:29No, maybe he didn't come at all.
00:24:33No, I mean Sevenne.
00:24:35Have you thought about it?
00:24:37Yes.
00:24:38Go!
00:24:39Go!
00:24:40No, no, no, no, excuse me.
00:24:41I don't like that.
00:24:43Could you please leave that to me?
00:24:46Thank you.
00:24:47I'd rather.
00:24:49Go, my Patrick.
00:24:50It goes on.
00:24:51Excuse me, but why are you in love with a forgiving man?
00:24:54Well, with a woman like you.
00:24:57Honestly, it should be you who...
00:25:00who has the choice.
00:25:01Go!
00:25:02Go!
00:25:04As I said, stop yelling at him like that.
00:25:07I mean, I think it scares him.
00:25:10It's pretty counterproductive.
00:25:12So, you go a little further ahead and...
00:25:14Exactly.
00:25:15I mean, you go a little further ahead and...
00:25:16Exactly.
00:25:18I mean, you go a little further ahead and...
00:25:20Exactly.
00:25:25I couldn't do that.
00:25:28I'd be too scared to get into trouble.
00:25:33Go.
00:25:34Go, go, go!
00:25:35Go!
00:25:38Well...
00:25:41I don't blame him.
00:25:42I'm just saying that because of him.
00:25:45Go!
00:25:46Go!
00:25:47Stop it!
00:25:48That's enough!
00:25:49Fucking shit!
00:25:53Excuse me.
00:25:54No, it's my fault.
00:25:55I wanted to help you.
00:25:56I had the feeling...
00:25:57Yes, but I don't really need any help at all.
00:26:04I need...
00:26:05I'd like to be alone with Patrick.
00:26:13Good.
00:26:16Until tonight?
00:26:18Yes, exactly.
00:26:20Until tonight.
00:26:21I'll let you go first as a guest.
00:26:25All right.
00:26:34Until tonight.
00:26:39Don't move, Patrick.
00:26:48Don't move.
00:26:49Don't move.
00:26:50Don't move.
00:27:18Patrick.
00:27:20No, no, no.
00:27:21I can't do this anymore.
00:27:22Go on.
00:27:23Go.
00:27:24Exactly.
00:27:25Exactly.
00:27:26Thank you very much.
00:27:27I beg you.
00:27:28Exactly.
00:27:29I'll give you something to drink.
00:27:30I'll give you something to drink.
00:27:31I'll give you something to eat.
00:27:32And I'll take all the stuff down.
00:27:34Believe me, we'll be fine.
00:27:36It'll be wonderful.
00:27:37Oh, yes!
00:27:38Oh, yes, Patrick!
00:27:39Yes!
00:27:40That's good.
00:27:41Yes!
00:27:50Antoinette!
00:27:53Come here.
00:27:54Come here.
00:27:55Gather around.
00:27:56We'll make room.
00:28:00Good evening.
00:28:01Good evening.
00:28:02Your shoes, please.
00:28:04Good evening.
00:28:08I was wondering where you were.
00:28:10She was talking about you all day.
00:28:12He's exaggerating.
00:28:13Who does the donkey belong to?
00:28:16To me.
00:28:17To me.
00:28:18Come with us.
00:28:19We'll take you to the meadow.
00:28:22That's good.
00:28:23All right.
00:28:24Then Mademoiselle Pusch has arrived.
00:28:33Shall we go to bed?
00:28:34Yes.
00:28:36Good night, everyone.
00:28:38Good night.
00:28:42Good night.
00:28:48If you don't meet him, it's because he's not the right one.
00:28:50Good night.
00:28:52Nothing else.
00:28:53Clear?
00:28:55So, good night.
00:28:56Good night.
00:28:57Come on, darling.
00:28:58Yes.
00:28:59We have a long stage ahead of us tomorrow.
00:29:18I took care of everything.
00:29:20I'll put it here.
00:29:23Yes, that's good.
00:29:26I have something to eat for you.
00:29:28Oh, here you go.
00:29:29Thank you.
00:29:30Here's another bottle of wine.
00:29:33Thank you.
00:29:34Enjoy your meal.
00:29:47Thank you.
00:30:05Thank you.
00:30:17Good night.
00:30:38Good night.
00:30:39Good night.
00:30:41What's going on?
00:30:43Is it the donkey?
00:30:44Does he bother you?
00:30:49And which donkey is it?
00:30:51It's Patrick.
00:30:53Oh, Patrick.
00:30:54We know him well.
00:30:56He doesn't want to go, does he?
00:30:58Exactly.
00:31:00It's the same for everyone.
00:31:01In the beginning, it's not easy until you get along.
00:31:03All that.
00:31:07I hope.
00:31:08I hope.
00:31:10I hope.
00:31:12I'm going back to Paris.
00:31:13You're not going back to Paris, are you?
00:31:15Tomorrow is the most beautiful stage.
00:31:17The Mont-Loser.
00:31:19Do you have a phone?
00:31:21My cell phone can't get a connection here.
00:31:24That would be a real shame.
00:31:26Well, I'm here for questionable reasons anyway.
00:31:32Have we already been told?
00:31:33Yes.
00:31:38Oh, what?
00:31:40Do you know why Robert Louis Stevenson was in the Savannes?
00:31:44Because of a woman.
00:31:47Fanny Osbourne.
00:31:49American, married, mother of two children.
00:31:51Extraordinary.
00:31:53An adventurer.
00:31:54Cowgirl.
00:31:55Was alone in France to study painting.
00:31:59And there, in Barbizon, she met Stevenson.
00:32:04She was ten years older than him.
00:32:06Can you imagine that in the 19th century?
00:32:09A free-spirited woman.
00:32:12Love at first sight.
00:32:13They want to get married.
00:32:15But Fanny has to get divorced first.
00:32:18After several months of full love, she returns to America.
00:32:22A long journey back then.
00:32:25First by ship.
00:32:27Then across the country.
00:32:29And all the way to San Francisco.
00:32:33But Stevenson doesn't hear anything from her.
00:32:35He is disappointed.
00:32:36And he is unhappy.
00:32:38He thinks he was left behind.
00:32:41To forget her, he decides to go on an adventure with a donkey.
00:32:46Actually, with a donkey girl.
00:32:48Modest.
00:32:54But he couldn't forget her.
00:32:57And as soon as he's back, he decides to go to Fanny, to California.
00:33:03After several months of the journey, when he arrives, Fanny is divorced.
00:33:09They got married.
00:33:11And never parted again.
00:33:13Until the death of Robert on the island of Samoa.
00:33:18Whatever happens.
00:33:19What's it called?
00:33:21It's not important.
00:33:22The goal.
00:33:23It's the way.
00:33:29I'm going back to Paris.
00:33:32But you should really rest.
00:33:35Yes.
00:33:37Anyway, thank you for everything and ...
00:33:41Exactly.
00:33:43The bedroom is upstairs.
00:33:45Thank you.
00:33:46Good night, Mademoiselle LaPouche.
00:33:47Good night.
00:33:57There's chocolate in there.
00:33:59Ah, thank you, very nice.
00:34:04So, well then ...
00:34:09Go!
00:34:11Goodbye.
00:34:22Don't stop.
00:34:24Keep going.
00:34:26Now come on.
00:34:27Now come on.
00:34:28Come on.
00:34:30Keep going.
00:34:33Now come on.
00:34:38Come on.
00:34:40Come on.
00:34:41Forward.
00:34:44Keep going.
00:34:47That ...
00:34:48Ahhh!
00:34:56Forward now!
00:34:58Keep going, you fucking donkey!
00:35:01You're really getting on my nerves!
00:35:04You're making me sick!
00:35:05I can't even see your face anymore!
00:35:07Do you understand that or not?
00:35:09Damn!
00:35:11You're frustrating me.
00:35:13Just watch.
00:35:15Watch!
00:35:16Come here.
00:35:18Go on! Go on! Go on!
00:35:22Go!
00:35:40Forgive me. Forgive me, Patrick.
00:35:48Forgive me, please.
00:35:50Forgive me, but...
00:35:54I'm sorry.
00:35:56I don't even know where he is, do you understand?
00:35:58I don't even know...
00:35:59In the end, he invented everything.
00:36:02Maybe he's not even with his wife.
00:36:05I don't even know where he is.
00:36:08And not with whom.
00:36:10Like an idiot, I'm walking around here with you.
00:36:18My poor Patrick.
00:36:27Good.
00:36:32He has to be here.
00:36:35I'm sure of it.
00:36:37Why should he lie to me?
00:36:39He's here somewhere.
00:36:43Yes, I don't want anything from him.
00:36:47I don't know why he should keep the truth from me.
00:36:51He could have told me.
00:36:54How nice you can walk, because I'm talking to you.
00:37:00Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:37:06I see.
00:37:08I see, I have to say something right.
00:37:10I have to tell you the truth, don't I?
00:37:13Well, I...
00:37:15I don't know what to say.
00:37:23Well, it's just like that. I'm unlucky.
00:37:26When I kissed a boy for the first time, it was at a cemetery.
00:37:31Stephen LeClun.
00:37:33I have a talent for falling in love with the worst boys,
00:37:36in the worst moment, in the worst place.
00:37:38The man I had before Vladimir, he was perfect.
00:37:41Not married, good job, intelligent, handsome guy, not perverse.
00:37:46Only that he had such a catastrophic role model in his parents,
00:37:49that he was unable to have a relationship.
00:37:51Anyway, with me, he's doing pretty well now.
00:37:54He met a woman.
00:37:56A fat one.
00:37:57They bought an apartment in the 15th arrondissement.
00:38:01Ah, a parking lot.
00:38:04And the one before that?
00:38:06We met in the staircase.
00:38:08He had rented the AirBnB right under me.
00:38:12That went on for two weeks. Two crazy weeks.
00:38:16Then he had to go back to Mexico,
00:38:19and we skyped every night until 4 a.m.
00:38:21Because of the time difference, I couldn't sleep anymore.
00:38:24Luckily, I had the first pre-school class at the time,
00:38:26and I was able to sleep in the afternoon.
00:38:28That's how long the nurse took over.
00:38:31And when I finally had the money to visit him,
00:38:35he disappeared.
00:38:37I never heard from him again.
00:38:41And before that, there was Emanuel, an activist in the labor struggle.
00:38:44I really liked him.
00:38:46Well, he wasn't allowed to have a family,
00:38:49otherwise they could have put pressure on him
00:38:51if the revolution broke out at some point.
00:38:53I really liked him.
00:38:58I didn't like Vladimir at all.
00:39:00He wasn't my type at all.
00:39:02I didn't see it coming.
00:39:04When I realized at some point that I was waiting for him,
00:39:07that I was living for the moment
00:39:09when I would see him at 5.30 a.m.,
00:39:11it was too late.
00:39:13I was delivered.
00:39:15On Easter, I drove away for two weeks,
00:39:17and I kept telling myself,
00:39:19Antoinette, it's enough.
00:39:21And he has a child.
00:39:23She's a student. You know her.
00:39:25It didn't help.
00:39:28When I came back, I couldn't take it anymore.
00:39:32And then I ordered him.
00:39:35And he knew right away what was going on.
00:39:37As if he had been waiting for it.
00:39:39There were only the headmistress in the school
00:39:41and a few janitors.
00:39:43I finished the class,
00:39:45and it happened in my classroom.
00:39:49Well, we don't have...
00:39:51No, not quite,
00:39:53but still not.
00:39:55Oh, lala.
00:39:57I didn't know what to do.
00:40:01What should I do now?
00:40:09When I'm with him, I'm not ashamed of anything.
00:40:12I feel free.
00:40:14And I love the way he looks at me.
00:40:19And the way we laugh.
00:40:21We laugh all the time.
00:40:24It makes him completely crazy
00:40:26that I don't expect anything from him,
00:40:28that I'm not jealous.
00:40:30He is jealous.
00:40:32He imagines things.
00:40:34Just wait. He looks good.
00:40:36How I love his hands.
00:40:38How I love his skin.
00:40:40How I love his shoulders.
00:40:42How I love his belly.
00:40:44How I love his tail. He's wonderful.
00:40:46Good day.
00:40:48Good day.
00:40:53I love everything about him.
00:41:17Mmm.
00:41:27Mmm.
00:41:34Mmm.
00:41:47Mmm.
00:41:52Mmm.
00:41:54Mm-hm-hm.
00:41:56Mm-hm-hm-hm.
00:41:58Mmm.
00:42:00Mm-hm.
00:42:02Mm-hm.
00:42:04Mm-hm.
00:42:06Mmm.
00:42:12That's my handy.
00:42:14That's him.
00:42:18Oh.
00:42:20Oh-ho-ho-ho.
00:42:22Oh-ho-ho.
00:42:24Oh-ho-ho.
00:42:26Oh-ho-ho-ho.
00:42:28Oh.
00:42:30Where are you, my darling? I'm so worried.
00:42:33What should I answer?
00:42:36Hello? As if nothing would happen.
00:42:39Is he waiting for me?
00:42:43Good, I'll send it.
00:42:45Zerk!
00:42:47Yes!
00:42:48Let's go for a ride?
00:42:50Up, up, up, up, up, up.
00:42:52Hurry!
00:42:54Mm.
00:42:56Mm-hm-hm-hm.
00:42:58Mm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm.
00:43:00Mm-hm-hm-hm.
00:43:02Mm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm.
00:43:04Mm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm.
00:43:06Mm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm.
00:43:08It's really so easy. You just have to disappear for a moment.
00:43:14Thank you, you fucking network. Thank you for living here behind the moon.
00:43:21Wait a minute.
00:43:24That's him.
00:43:27Wait a minute.
00:43:29I won't answer. And go on.
00:43:31What's going on now?
00:43:33You don't start like this again.
00:43:36You want to know what he wrote, right?
00:43:39Look, are you punishing me?
00:43:44Do you like that?
00:44:00Wait a minute.
00:44:02There are no more marks.
00:44:13Did we miss a branch?
00:44:20I have no network anymore.
00:44:31No.
00:45:01No.
00:45:19Come on.
00:45:20Quick.
00:45:21Come on.
00:45:25Go forward.
00:45:27Go.
00:45:32Go.
00:45:37Come on, Patrick.
00:46:01No.
00:46:32But not so fast.
00:46:37Patrick.
00:46:38A mark.
00:46:52Oh no.
00:46:54Oh no.
00:46:56Oh no.
00:46:58Oh no.
00:47:00Oh no.
00:47:02That can't be true.
00:47:10Mademoiselle La Pouche is back?
00:47:13Yes.
00:47:14And how are you?
00:47:16Very good. I think we walked in a circle.
00:47:19So you slept outside?
00:47:21Yes.
00:47:22I'll take care of it.
00:47:23I'll give you a room.
00:47:24Get dressed. Here.
00:47:26No, no, a room. I can't afford that.
00:47:29Tonight I can put you in a bedroom.
00:47:31Now enjoy that no one is there.
00:47:33Yes.
00:47:48The journey of which this booklet tells was very pleasant and successful for me.
00:47:53Even the beginning was special.
00:47:55But the best came at the end.
00:47:59But we are all travelers in the desert of this world.
00:48:03Also all who hike with a donkey.
00:48:07And the best thing we can find on the way is a loyal friend.
00:48:28I'm so glad we're all here.
00:48:51I was expecting you.
00:48:52Are we sleeping here?
00:48:53Yes.
00:48:54We walked a little slower.
00:48:55And besides, we had to fight a little in the last hour.
00:48:58Was it very exhausting?
00:48:59No, it was good.
00:49:00But now it's great.
00:49:01Mom!
00:49:02Yes, that's the reward.
00:49:15Good evening.
00:49:16Good evening.
00:49:17Good evening.
00:49:18Good evening.
00:49:19And then we go up to the Signal de Bourges at 1421 meters.
00:49:22There is my teacher.
00:49:24Over there is my teacher.
00:49:26May I go to her?
00:49:28That's right.
00:49:29Your teacher is over there.
00:49:30There is your teacher.
00:49:35Mathes?
00:49:37Alice!
00:49:40What?
00:49:41Well, good day.
00:49:44You can not take it.
00:49:45Me neither.
00:49:47Something like that.
00:49:49Then good day, madam.
00:49:50Good day.
00:49:52Something like that.
00:49:53Did you forget the language?
00:49:54Good day, Alice.
00:49:55You see, teachers have a life.
00:49:57They go on vacation and so on.
00:50:00What a shock.
00:50:01Crazy.
00:50:02Are you going to get rid of Stevenson?
00:50:03Yes.
00:50:04You too?
00:50:05Yes, with a donkey.
00:50:06Like me?
00:50:07Yes.
00:50:08That's not possible.
00:50:09That can not be.
00:50:10Is that your donkey on the meadow?
00:50:11Yes.
00:50:12Vlad!
00:50:13Look who's here.
00:50:15Excuse me.
00:50:17Well, unbelievable.
00:50:18Yes.
00:50:19Totally crazy.
00:50:20Good evening, monsieur.
00:50:21Ah, good evening.
00:50:22How are you?
00:50:23Fine, and you?
00:50:24Good.
00:50:25You make Stevenson go with a donkey like us.
00:50:27I understand.
00:50:29Are you many?
00:50:30No, I'm all alone.
00:50:32And?
00:50:33Have you recovered a bit?
00:50:35Yes, yes, yes.
00:50:36What would you like to drink?
00:50:38We offer you a Kier to welcome.
00:50:40No, thank you.
00:50:41Thank you very much.
00:50:42Yes, why not?
00:50:43I would like one with Heidelberg.
00:50:44Me too, please.
00:50:45For the young lady an apple juice?
00:50:46Yes, gladly.
00:50:47As you wish.
00:50:48Two Heidelberg Kier and an apple juice, please.
00:50:51And what did you recover?
00:50:52No, no, nothing.
00:50:54I got a little lost yesterday and spent the night out there.
00:50:58That's not possible.
00:50:59All alone?
00:51:01Well, with my donkey.
00:51:02Did you hear that?
00:51:03How horrible.
00:51:04I admire her.
00:51:05Just go and do it alone.
00:51:07I could never do that.
00:51:08What's your name, donkey?
00:51:10Patrick.
00:51:13Patrick.
00:51:15Funny, isn't it?
00:51:16Yes, yes.
00:51:18And what route do you have planned for tomorrow?
00:51:21Well, tomorrow I'm going to Pont de Montvert.
00:51:23The most beautiful stage, the Mont Lauser.
00:51:25I just can't get lost.
00:51:27Oh, me too.
00:51:30I don't think we're going that far.
00:51:31You're staying at Mario's in Finil.
00:51:33Yes, exactly, at...
00:51:34Would you greet him from me?
00:51:35It's the same way.
00:51:36Yes, it's certainly the same way.
00:51:37Let's go together.
00:51:40Hello, Alice.
00:51:42Yes, yes, with pleasure.
00:51:43Yes, great.
00:51:44Can I show you my donkey?
00:51:46Yes, I'd like to see him.
00:51:47He's back there.
00:51:48Then let's go.
00:51:50Unbelievable.
00:51:52Is everything okay?
00:51:53Yes.
00:51:55Are you sure?
00:51:56Yes, I'm fine.
00:51:58Oh, now I don't even have the right shoes on,
00:52:00so not so fast.
00:52:02You're not exactly sporty either.
00:52:04Don't say that, not in that tone, okay?
00:52:06Hey, I didn't say anything.
00:52:08Yes, just listen.
00:52:09I didn't hear anything.
00:52:10It's him.
00:52:12That's Hase.
00:52:13That's Hase.
00:52:16Oh la la.
00:52:18Tell me, he's beautiful.
00:52:20Wow.
00:52:21He's even more beautiful from the front.
00:52:23Hase, turn around.
00:52:25Hase.
00:52:26Hase.
00:52:28So, may I introduce Patrick.
00:52:30Ah, the friend Patrick.
00:52:32Patrick, may I introduce Madame Loubier.
00:52:35Eleonore.
00:52:36Eleonore.
00:52:37Alice.
00:52:39And, excuse me, and Vladimir.
00:52:43Yes, Vladimir.
00:52:44Vladimir.
00:52:52What's he doing?
00:52:54As if you two knew each other, right?
00:52:58Do you want to take a shower first or should I go?
00:53:00No, you go first, I'll take a shower later.
00:53:09Hey, this way.
00:53:11Ah, thank you.
00:53:31What's going to happen?
00:53:33Do you have them all?
00:53:35Damn!
00:53:37I don't know what's gotten into you, but let's limit the damage.
00:53:40I'm only asking you for one thing.
00:53:42I'm asking you to give up.
00:53:44Don't come with me tomorrow morning.
00:53:45Stay here.
00:53:46Do you understand me?
00:53:48When did you leave?
00:53:50Did you leave on Monday?
00:53:52Was it Monday?
00:53:53Yes.
00:53:54No, we left on Tuesday.
00:53:56So that's why I left on Monday.
00:53:59I wouldn't have found you if I hadn't run away.
00:54:01Because of your messages yesterday.
00:54:03Because of your messages.
00:54:05Please.
00:54:06I don't want to see you like this.
00:54:08Please don't come with me.
00:54:09You can't do this.
00:54:11I don't care.
00:54:12It's not just about me.
00:54:13Calm down.
00:54:14Alice!
00:54:15Damn, Alice!
00:54:16She doesn't deserve this.
00:54:17She has nothing to do with this.
00:54:18This is insane.
00:54:20I promised your wife.
00:54:22I'm sorry.
00:54:23I'm sorry.
00:54:24You're angry.
00:54:25I'm sorry that you don't care that I'm here.
00:54:27Calm down, you're angry.
00:54:28Before you saw me, you looked happy.
00:54:31Your vacation seemed more than beautiful.
00:54:33No.
00:54:34Invent something.
00:54:35An emergency.
00:54:36Someone died.
00:54:37What comes to your mind?
00:54:39I want to finish my hike.
00:54:41Stop it, please.
00:54:42If I like it.
00:54:43Sure.
00:54:44Yes.
00:54:45I get along very well with Patrick.
00:54:46Who is Patrick?
00:54:47That's my donkey.
00:54:48I just introduced him to you.
00:54:51Listen, it's not bad.
00:54:53That's life.
00:54:54We had the same idea.
00:54:55It's just a coincidence.
00:54:56Whatever.
00:54:57Why didn't you wait?
00:55:01Just one week.
00:55:02Well.
00:55:04That's a long week.
00:55:06It's a long week for me, too.
00:55:24Vladimir.
00:55:32What are you going to do?
00:55:37Well, I'm coming with you.
00:55:42I'm sorry.
00:55:49Are you okay?
00:55:50Yes.
00:55:51I'm fine.
00:55:54One kilo, 950 grams.
00:55:56That's all.
00:55:57And what I'm wearing.
00:55:58One pair of pants.
00:55:59I can make shorts out of them.
00:56:00Socks.
00:56:01Two underpants.
00:56:02A T-shirt to change.
00:56:03And slush.
00:56:04Slush.
00:56:05And what is that?
00:56:06Well, to take a shower.
00:56:07Parts that you also wear on the beach.
00:56:08Slush.
00:56:09Ah, flip-flops.
00:56:10I see.
00:56:11What?
00:56:12You call them flip-flops?
00:56:13Yes, flip-flops.
00:56:14Well, then flip-flops.
00:56:15Slush.
00:56:16No, but what's hard is the food.
00:56:18The gas stove and stuff.
00:56:20You can't reduce it.
00:56:22Yes, yes.
00:56:23And how do you do that?
00:56:25Do you wash your clothes every night?
00:56:27That's not that complicated.
00:56:29I wash it on me.
00:56:31What?
00:56:32On you?
00:56:33How?
00:56:34Well, first I take a shower all dressed up.
00:56:35Socks, underpants, T-shirt.
00:56:37Soak me in.
00:56:38And take me out.
00:56:39Soak me again.
00:56:40And done.
00:56:41That's why I shaved my head.
00:56:43No shampoo.
00:56:44So, laundry and body with the same soap.
00:56:47That's brilliant.
00:56:49It's practical.
00:56:50Bravo.
00:56:51But...
00:56:52And then the clothes.
00:56:54They have to dry.
00:56:55How do you do that?
00:56:56They dry at night.
00:56:57And what doesn't dry, I hang on my backpack.
00:57:00And when it rains all day, you roll everything together,
00:57:03put it in the sleeping bag and sleep with it.
00:57:06You sleep with it?
00:57:08I think there's nothing better than human warmth.
00:57:12Of course.
00:57:16So if you'd like to warn, I have an app...
00:57:20You're broken.
00:57:21Go to bed.

00:57:35Ah, good night.
00:57:36Good night.
00:57:37Good night.
00:57:38It's annoying that when you're on the road,
00:57:40you often don't have an umbrella.
00:57:42But you don't need a net when hiking.
00:57:44You can find a net nearby with the E-Bietta app.
00:57:48It's brilliant.
00:57:49It's very well done.
00:57:50Yes, it's brilliant.
00:57:51Yes, yes.
00:57:52Visorando.

01:00:29Shh.
01:00:32Shhh!
01:00:34Shh!
01:00:38Shh!
01:00:59Not that he's starting to scream.
01:01:02No, he promised me.
01:01:29No.
01:01:50You're not mad at me, are you?
01:01:51No.
01:01:52There's so little going on here,
01:01:54you have to intervene in a story as you experience it.
01:01:58I understand.
01:02:02Already done?
01:02:04Almost.
01:02:05Well, I wish you a lot of strength and courage, Mademoiselle LaPouche.
01:02:09Thank you very much.
01:02:10I thank you.
01:02:11See you soon.
01:02:12Goodbye.
01:02:13Goodbye.
01:02:14Goodbye.
01:02:15You didn't want to leave without us, did you?
01:02:16No, no, I waited.
01:02:22We're lucky, the weather is fine.
01:02:24Yes.
01:02:27Yes.
01:02:32Shall I help you?
01:02:33No, no.
01:02:34All right, just go.

01:02:36Are you sure?
01:02:37I think it starts up there.
01:02:38Just go.
01:02:39I'll follow.
01:02:40Yes?
01:02:41Yes, yes.
01:02:42Okay.
01:02:43All right.

01:03:17That's enough, Patrick.
01:03:21Here.
01:03:22Take it.
01:03:23What is it?

01:04:16Oh, no, no, no.
01:04:17No, really.
01:04:18I'm embarrassed.
01:04:19No, you don't have to be.
01:04:20Well.
01:04:21Well, but.
01:04:22We're going very slowly.
01:04:23That doesn't matter.
01:04:24We're very lucky with our donkey.
01:04:25He's doing well.
01:04:26Yes.
01:04:27Have you ever done such a hike?
01:04:28All by yourself?
01:04:29No, it's the first time.
01:04:30And how did you come up with the idea?
01:04:31Did you know Steven on the way?
01:04:32Uh, I don't remember.
01:04:33Yes, through Monsieur Eche.
01:04:34He was a very good hiker.
01:04:35Yes.
01:04:36Yes.
01:04:37Yes.
01:04:38Yes.
01:04:39Yes.

01:05:09Let's go.
01:05:10I'll be waiting.
01:05:11Come on.
01:05:12Let's go.
01:05:13Let's go.
01:05:14Come on.
01:05:15Come on.
01:05:16Come on.
01:05:17How long has this been going on between you two?
01:05:22What do you mean?
01:05:24I can see that this wasn't planned.
01:05:26You weren't engaged. I know my husband.
01:05:28I...
01:05:33The poor man.
01:05:35He's in a relationship.
01:05:37You can see that.
01:05:43He's got good taste. You're pretty, likeable.
01:05:47But you...
01:05:50I hardly know him.
01:05:52Do you like this kind of relationship?
01:05:54Would you take him if I kicked him at you?
01:05:57Would you still like him?
01:05:59Come on, Patrick.
01:06:03You like that he's not free.
01:06:05That's what you do.
01:06:07You also like to wait for him.
01:06:09You like to meet him.
01:06:11You like that he doesn't stay that long.
01:06:13That intensifies the situation, of course.
01:06:22I admit, I hoped...
01:06:24that we would have left this pattern behind us.
01:06:28But if it amuses you...
01:06:32Listen...
01:06:36Did he tell you that we don't kiss anymore?
01:06:40Huh?
01:06:43Come on, Patrick.
01:06:44Well, it happens with time.
01:06:48If it were up to him...
01:06:50he'd do it every evening.
01:06:53Not a day in ten years when he hasn't tried it with me.
01:06:56No, no.
01:06:59He has great needs and you wouldn't expect it, but it's true.
01:07:02Have you noticed?
01:07:04He doesn't like it when you don't kiss.
01:07:09Oh...
01:07:15Basically, I'm grateful to you.
01:07:18You and all the others.
01:07:25You're not in love, are you?
01:07:31Um...
01:07:32I'm sorry, but I...
01:07:34I don't know what you're imagining,
01:07:36but I never met your husband outside of school.
01:07:38He doesn't leave me.
01:07:41Do you realize that? He doesn't leave me.
01:07:44Well, that's great. Very good.
01:07:46We're different. We're very different.
01:07:48We never agree, but we're completely symbiotic.
01:07:50If we're separated for a few days, which is extremely rare,
01:07:53we call each other all the time.
01:07:54We have to talk, tell everything.
01:07:56We're just a couple. We love each other and that's it.
01:08:04Well, I'll go back to the two of them.
01:08:06But I'm glad we're spending the day together. Really.
01:08:11Good luck with Patrick.
01:08:13Thank you.
01:08:19Moo!
01:08:36Moo!
01:09:07We are the kings of the world!

01:09:32We're having a picnic here.
01:09:34We're having a picnic here.
01:09:37I always have to think about last night.
01:09:39Is that all you care about?
01:09:42Where are you going?
01:09:44Stay here!
01:09:47Come on, Patrick.
01:09:50I noticed anyway that you couldn't stand him from the start.
01:09:54It's okay.
01:09:56I should trust you. You have intuition.
01:09:59This is the purest moon landscape here.
01:10:02And this sky, just crazy.
01:10:04Oh, won't you eat with us?
01:10:07Oh, won't you eat with us?
01:10:09No, I won't eat with you.
01:10:14It's enough, yes?
01:10:15You know, after all, I didn't imagine it.
01:10:17Well, but still, there was a lot of...
01:10:20What do I know?
01:10:21So it wasn't all just sex.
01:10:23You saw last night how tender he was.
01:10:27I don't know.
01:10:28Do you think it's true what she says?
01:10:29That there are others?
01:10:35Now let's go.
01:10:36Come on, Patrick.
01:10:37Come on, faster.
01:10:39You're doing great.

01:11:23Huh, can you walk?
01:11:25It's over, I don't want to see you anymore!
01:11:29What a fall! Did you break something?
01:11:32No, no, I'm fine. I'll catch up.
01:11:35As you wish.
01:11:36See you later.
01:11:38What are you doing there? Are you coming?
01:11:40Wait a minute!
01:11:42Are you sure?
01:11:46Are you coming?
01:11:53No.
01:11:58But you...
01:12:00I think I'm crazy. I'm blocking you.

01:12:03Blocked!
01:12:07Shit.

01:12:32Patrick!
01:12:34Come!

01:14:12Good day.
01:14:13Good day.
01:14:16Is there a train station here?
01:14:18I'd like to go back to Paris.
01:14:20No, only buses. To the train station you have to go to Alès.
01:14:23Antoinette, right?
01:14:24Yes.
01:14:25I'm Brittany.
01:14:26Shall I help you?
01:14:27Yes, please.
01:14:34That doesn't look good.
01:14:36Yes.
01:14:37Do you have the departure times?
01:14:39Sit down first.
01:14:40I'll be right there. We'll see each other then.
01:14:42Okay.
01:14:44Are you okay?
01:14:45Yes.
01:14:47Thank you.
01:14:48You're welcome.
01:14:50Thank you.
01:14:57Are you hurt?
01:14:59Yes.
01:15:00No, it was my donkey. I couldn't stop it.
01:15:03And then I slipped.
01:15:05That's why they say motorcyclists are dangerous.
01:15:08I'll take you to the dormitory.
01:15:10It's not necessary. I'm leaving tonight.
01:15:12It's too late for that. There's no traffic today.
01:15:14We'll start again tomorrow morning.
01:15:17Is he suffocated?
01:15:21Yes, it looks like it.
01:15:23Let's see.
01:15:28Good.
01:15:34Is it there?
01:15:36Yes.
01:15:39It hurts.
01:15:40I understand. I'm sorry.
01:15:42I'm sorry.
01:15:43Be careful.
01:15:45Can you move him or is it not possible?
01:15:47Yes.
01:15:49Yes, he's a little swollen.
01:15:51He's a vet.
01:15:57Don't worry. It's nothing broken.

01:16:03Fred.
01:16:06Antoinette.
01:16:08It's you.
01:16:09Guys, this is the famous Antoinette.
01:16:13Good day.
01:16:14Good day.
01:16:15Good day.
01:16:16So?
01:16:17Did you find him?
01:16:23First I found him, then I lost him.
01:16:26But I'm fine. I feel relieved.
01:16:29Good. That's even better.
01:16:31Hiking is a little difficult now.
01:16:34I'm going back to Paris anyway.
01:16:36But no.
01:16:37That's our sheriff.
01:16:38He has a free seat.
01:16:40Sheriff?
01:16:42Hello.
01:16:43Good day.
01:16:45Oh, I forgot to tell you that I'm not cooking tonight.
01:16:48But there's something you need in the village.
01:16:52Come with us.
01:16:55But I can't even walk.
01:16:56Well, then.
01:16:58Hop, hop, rider.
01:16:59If he falls, then he cries.
01:17:02Hop, hop, rider.
01:17:14Come on.
01:17:20I didn't know you were this Antoinette.
01:17:23You're the star of the long-distance hiking trail.
01:17:26I think it's crazy what you do.
01:17:29You're brave.
01:17:30Oh, no, not at all.
01:17:31Yes.
01:17:32Yes, when I say so.
01:17:35Well, if you say so.
01:17:36And you look so good.
01:17:38She looks very good.
01:17:40That's right.
01:17:41Of course.
01:17:45Well, then.
01:17:46To you.
01:17:47To us.
01:17:58I would have appreciated you more as a Motorhead fan.
01:18:01Right away.
01:18:03The cliché is what?
01:18:15No, no.
01:18:16No, but...
01:18:17But what?
01:18:18It's good.
01:18:19It's just a kiss.

01:19:58You know?
01:19:59Then come.
01:20:00Should I tie him up?
01:20:01Yes.

01:20:42Wait.
01:20:44That's better, isn't it?
01:20:48Are you sleeping?
01:20:49No, of course not. The smell of old socks is not my thing.
01:20:52I'll invite you if you want.
01:20:54Yes, gladly.
01:20:55It's good.
01:21:14Are you sure? You don't want to come with me?
01:21:29You don't need to run like that.
01:21:31Do you have a second helmet?
01:21:33Always in case of emergency.
01:21:37No, you know, I'm going home.
01:21:42As you wish.

01:23:36Are you with him?
01:23:39Yes, I'm hiking with him.
01:23:43I know him well. I brought him into the world.
01:23:46His mother died at his birth.
01:23:50Hemorrhage.
01:23:52You couldn't do anything.
01:23:56But look at him.
01:23:59He's very brave.
01:24:01Right, Patrick?
01:24:03How far do you have to go?
01:24:12To Flochak.
01:24:13You can do it.
01:24:15Today you rest and tomorrow you go on.
01:24:18Great.
