• Beef boneless: 600 g
• Chickens boneless: 300 g
• Beef fat: 100 g
• Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
• Garam masala powder: ⅓ tbsp
• Crushed cumin: ¼ tsp
• Crushed coriander: ¼ tsp
• Salt: ⅓ tbsp / according to your taste
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 and half tbsp
• Green chilli paste: ⅓ tbsp
• Papaya: half fingersize
• Ghee: 1 tbsp

•| STEP:02
• Tamarind pulp: 2 tbsp
• Chilli garlic sauce: 2 tbsp
• Ginger powder: ¼ tsp
• Black papper: ¼ tsp
• Salt: 2 pinch/ according to your taste

• Mayonnaise: 3-4 tbsp
• Mustard powder: ¼ tsp
• H.P sauce: ⅓ tbsp
• Milk: 1 and half tbsp
• Salt

• Ghee:2 tbsp
• Butter: 2 tbsp
• Capsicum
