00:13Pia, here in Kinaroroona, here in Barangay Kataneng,

00:16we saw that the flood was already coming,

00:20but in other barangays here in Hermosa, especially in Barangay Almacen,

00:25the flood still continues.

00:28Pia, we can see and feel the rain again here.

00:33That's why the residents in some barangays here are hoping that there is no sleep to guard against the flood.

00:42This is what you will see when you arrive in the town of Hermosa,

00:45the rising flood in Barangay Kataneng.

00:48The area is low, so when the water flows, it's straight here.

00:53The cars can't continue, so many people are walking, as if it's just a taste,

00:59because the flood is higher in Barangay Daungan and entering Barangay Almacen.

01:06It's hard to walk in this area because the water is rising.

01:09According to the residents here, when the rain is strong, especially in the mountains,

01:14the water goes down here, and the water goes straight to the sea.

01:20Some of the residents, before nightfall, left their homes.

01:24One of them is a farmer, and the other is a family member.

01:28If there are people going out, there are also people returning to the sinking barangay.

02:10In Pantabangan, there is a lot of fog around

02:13because the temperature rose to 23 degrees Celsius because of the rain.

02:18In Central Luzon Expressway, there is also heavy rain between Aliagan, Nueva Ecija, and Lalawigan, Tarlac.

02:26In Esitex, there is also heavy rain from Concepcion, Tarlac, Porac, Pampanga, and Dinalupihan, Bataan.

02:34Pia, we always experience flooding here in the town of Hermosa when the rain is strong.

02:39Not only here in Bataan, but also in the Bulumunduking areas of Zambales.

02:44That is why the residents are calling for a big and long-term flood control project

02:51so that they can reduce their flooding here.
