00:00Yes, there is also tomorrow because, as you can see in the film, it is taken from a true episode of 1953 where my grandfather comforts my father because his Beniamino, the cyclist Fausto Coppi, had lost the stage and it looked like the Giro d'Italia, one of the last, and it seemed that he had lost the Giro, and instead my grandfather comforts him, my father was in tears, telling him, Egno, remember that there is also tomorrow.
00:30And the next day Coppi wins the stage and then wins the Giro d'Italia, so for my father this sentence has become a milestone, a foundation of his way of facing life and therefore even in the most difficult moments where it seems that everything is lost, remember that even tomorrow the sun will rise and even the day after tomorrow.
00:52It was an extraordinary emotion, I must say that I also went to the set, I was already excited on the set while they were shooting the film. I believe that Giacomo Campiotti, the director, really welcomed with great sensitivity the soul of my father, the soul of his family and his story.
01:09So seeing this summary of his life in these two hours of film is wonderful because I think you leave something in the viewer, in those who watch, and I'm sure you leave something because what is told comes from a true, concrete story of a human being, a human being like any of us, each of us,
01:33if it is applied, if it takes advantage of its talents, if it remains faithful to its roots, its values, as each of us can achieve, just like Egno Doris.
01:43I really liked the screenplay, it is based on the book that my father wrote in 2014, that is, also tomorrow, and I was struck by the fact that the director and the screenwriter, since they chatted a lot before the screening of the screenplay with our family,
02:02they really took some exciting moments and also some nuances that tell a lot about the characters. They were very good, those who made this screenplay, to grasp the truth, the reality.
