00:00The speed limit in school zones has been reduced to 40 km per hour to 30 km per hour.
00:20This is to ensure that students will be safer when they leave school or come to school.
00:32Although we know there are schools that have traffic wardens,
00:39but there are also many schools that do not have such personnel.
00:44This experiment will be carried out for a while,
00:48and if it is found to be effective, it will be continued in other areas.
00:55It depends on the decision made by the Ministry of Transport.
01:01We also know that the percentage of fatal accidents among motorcyclists is very high.
01:13We have found more than 6,000 deaths every year.
01:20This is equivalent to the area of six football fields.
01:27So we have heard what the Ministry of Transport said,
01:32that the deaths caused by traffic accidents are more than the deaths caused by COVID-19.
01:39And this awareness must be carried out now and involve all parties.
01:44And this responsibility should not be placed solely on the Ministry of Transport and certain agencies.
01:52However, the Kesumah Melayu Perkeso party has also taken very proactive actions
02:05where traffic accidents are protected.
02:13It still involves a small number of people.
02:17So we hope that all employees, including those who work on their own,
02:21will be encouraged to work with the Kesumah Melayu Perkeso party
02:24so that the protection of the Kesumah Melayu Perkeso party will ensure that
02:29there are no accidents.
02:31But if there is an accident, the Kesumah Melayu Perkeso party has a scheme
02:36to provide protection and benefits to all employees.
