00:20How is the weather this morning?
00:24It's a bit cloudy and there are mostly light rains.
00:36How many towns are affected by the flooding in Northern Summer and where is the most affected?
00:43The most affected are still the barangays in Katharman, the usual suspects of barangay flooding.
00:57But the most affected are Allen, La Guzares, Rosario, and a few barangays in Mapanas, of course Katumbin and Lopedevega.
01:15Are there any families that were evacuated sir Josh?
01:20Yes, actually more or less 8,000 individuals were evacuated.
01:29They are still in the evacuation center and they are not allowed to return home.

01:44Are these families still in the evacuation center?
01:47At this moment, yes.
01:50Are their houses damaged?
01:57There is no specific data that has been consolidated, but definitely in the reports, there are damages in agriculture.
02:08When were you informed that there was a heavy flood?
02:13Last Wednesday, we had a projection to intensify this.
02:23We did pre-disaster risk assessment last Wednesday with the provincial government.

02:35There are still 910 individuals, 120-plus rolling cargos that are stranded in Alang.
