00:00We want C.P.A.! We want C.P.A.!
00:09Doctors have been assured many times and then we have to strike for justice.
00:15We don't want our patients to have any kind of problem.
00:18But at the same time, we are grateful to our sister who was raped and killed there.
00:25It is very important for every doctor community and every Indian to pay off their debts.
00:32To pay off their debts, we are protesting in Delhi.
00:37We are with them. We want justice.
00:41We don't want justice to be delayed.
00:44On 5th September, there is a Supreme Court hearing.
00:47We want C.P.A. to arrest all those who are guilty.
00:52We want them hanged to death.
00:54So that no such incident happens in the future which will disgrace humanity.
01:00Along with this, we request the central government
01:04that the doctor community which is suffering and is in a lot of trouble
01:10and is continuously protesting for its security
01:13and the violence incidents are increasing.
01:17In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the government to provide security to the doctors.
01:22And how will it provide security?
01:24When there is no such centralized act, there is no such rule
01:28that if someone commits violence against a doctor, what should happen to him?
01:32What kind of sanctions should be imposed on him?
01:34When this was brought in Covid, our data says that the number of incidents of violence against doctors had completely decreased.
01:40But this ordinance was not tabled in the bill.
01:43And that's why it's over.
01:45Now we want the government to ensure that what happened to the daughter in Bengal
01:51should never happen to anyone's daughter in India.
01:54No health care workers should be afraid to serve at night,
01:57whether it is a doctor, a female doctor or a nurse,
02:00whether we are safe in the hospital or not.
02:04For this, we demand from the central government
02:07to bring a central protection act for health care workers.
02:11Dr. Rohan Krishnan, Chairman, Pharma Doctoral Association.
02:14This is not a protest that we have obstructed health care workers
02:20or we have gone on strike.
02:22But after the order of the Supreme Court,
02:25keeping their respect, we got back to work.
02:28But we want to warn the government
02:31that the momentum or our demands have not been fulfilled yet.
02:36And our sister has not been given justice yet.
02:40So this protest will continue until she gets justice.
02:43And in between, we will keep warning the government that we have not slept.
02:48The culprit is still not caught, despite the CBI inquiry.
02:53The CBI inquiry is still going on, that we will give protection to doctors.
02:57But no step has been taken by the government yet.
03:02That's why we had to protest.
03:05Despite all this, there have been incidents in many hospitals
03:12where there has been a lot of injustice with doctors.
03:17There has been a lot of beatings.
03:19Anyone can die.
03:21The doctors are getting beaten up.
03:23All these issues are coming up.
03:25Apart from this, the incidents of rape are also increasing.
03:29It has not decreased.
03:30Until the rapist is not punished properly,
03:35all this will continue.
03:37The government will continue to give assurance.
03:40We will continue to work quietly.
03:42Such work will not work.
03:44We want justice for that girl too.
03:47Apart from this, we want security in our hospital.
03:50Where our doctors, lady doctors, feel safe.
03:54Apart from the lady doctor, the staff there,
03:58and the patients there also feel safe.
04:02When the doctor does not feel safe there,
04:05and the staff there does not feel safe,
04:08how can the patients feel safe there?
04:11So, it is the responsibility of the government
04:14to make our hospital a safe zone.
04:17In many places, doctors are being accused of rape.
04:20Yes.
04:21What do you have to say about this?
04:24The people who are involved in this incident,
04:28they should be treated strictly.
04:31And according to us, they should be punished severely.
