00:19was the result of the assistance of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:23and Vietnam Minister of National Defense General Phan Van Giang in Malacanang today.

00:28According to President R. Marcos Jr.,

00:30visiting Vietnam is considered an important milestone in the history of the two countries.

00:36The relationship between the two countries is getting deeper

00:39not only in the diplomatic relations,

00:42but also in defense and security.

00:45As well as maritime cooperation,

00:47it is also the sector of negotiation where the executive board

00:51gave the readiness of the country to deepen these relations.

00:54The Vietnamese official also conveyed their readiness to continue and strengthen the relationship between the two countries.

01:01President R. Marcos Jr. approved the deployment of the military and police

01:06for the plebiscite tomorrow in Caloocan City.

01:09According to Memorandum Order No. 31 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin,

01:14the President agreed to the request of COMELEC to deputize the soldiers and police

01:18in the so-called plebiscite,

01:20which is a far-reaching ratification of the Division of Barangay Bagong Silang

01:23in the six separate barangays.

01:26The President also prioritized the assistance of the Private Sector Advisory Council Infrastructure Sector Group.

01:32This is where the government's steps were discussed

01:35to organize the water distribution in Metro Manila

01:38so that there is no wasted water and the flood can be solved.

01:41Again, the President insisted that the government's steps should continue

01:45to improve the lives of Filipinos
