00:00In Venezuela, President Nicolás Maduro affirmed that peace has triumphed in the country against
00:05the consensual attacks of the national and international extreme right.
00:09After receiving in Caracas a great popular mobilization in defense of democracy, sovereignty
00:16and against violence promoted by extremist sectors of the far right, the Venezuelan head
00:21of state assured that in Venezuela it was possible to defeat fascism that in recent
00:25years has sought to undermine the peace of free peoples of the world.
00:30In this sense, he urged the people to remain alert for any kind of situation that destabilize
00:36the country.
00:37On the other hand, he assured that his speech of fraud of the extreme right is an undetainable
00:43statement which is demonstrating each one of the mobilizations they call.
00:54Thirty days of beautiful battle for the truth, because the battle that we have given and
01:02that we are winning is for the truth of a country they have wanted to impose a story
01:14to justify violence, they have wanted to spread hatred, to justify division, intolerance.
01:27But today we can say to the story of lies, today we can say the truth and the love of
01:35the vast majority of this people has triumphed.
01:40Likewise the Venezuelan president affirmed that with the mobilization made this Wednesday
01:44by the Venezuelan extreme right wing, they'd finish dissolving when they realized that
01:52they cannot go over the law and constitution.
01:58The fascists, they are defeated.
01:59The Zona was defeated today.
02:07The Zona was defeated, but why?
02:15Because she lives on the lie of the ego.
02:22Because she believes she is above the law, the constitution.
02:30Because she believes that only counting on the support of the American empire is enough.
02:34Also, the Venezuelan head of state announced that the ultra right wing spokesman was arrested
02:44by order of the Venezuelan attorney general's office on charges of inciting hatred of the
02:49country's public authorities.
02:54Because his spokesman, a man named Pellicer who was captured today by order of the prosecutor's
02:59office because he is one of the main instigators of the disregard of the public authorities
03:04and the law in Venezuela, is already in the hands of the prosecutor's office.
03:14Because his spokesman on July 18, Mr. Pellicer, claimed that they would not recognize the
03:19official results and would only recognize his alleged minutes because he refused to
03:30attend the court summons of the TSJ when it is mandatory.
03:34During the day, the extreme right sectors were also concentrated in the capital, Caracas.
03:41The concentration took place in the east of the city, especially in the municipality of
03:46Chacao.
03:47Aerial images revealed the low participation that had this activity called by the opposition
03:52of ultra right Maria Corina Machado.
03:55The lack of assistance from demonstrators has been a concern throughout a call for mobilizations
04:00made by the extreme right that has insisted on a campaign of ignorance of the public authorities
04:07of the country, as well as to official results of the presidential elections of July 28.
04:17The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced changes in his executive cabinet
04:24in order to adjust the strength of the government to better meet the needs of the people.
04:32During the meeting for the balance of the second national popular consultation, the
04:36president highlighted potential of this electoral process held on Sunday, August 25th.
04:41In his addition, he pointed out that there is a participatory democratic conscience in
04:47the people of Venezuela.
04:48He also highlighted that the country has reached a new point of maturity to reach a democratic
04:54state.
04:55In this sense, the head of state presented the changes in his government cabinet in order
04:59to consolidate the new phase of the construction of the popular self-government.
05:12And the king of Jordan, Abdullah II, congratulated on Wednesday the Venezuelan head of state,
05:17Nicolás Maduro, for his victory in the July 28th presidential elections.
