00:00The brain processes information electrically, it communicates with the cellular structure
00:09electrically and it operates within a certain band of frequency.
00:16If you can broadcast frequencies carrying information, this technology has long been
00:23known, carrying information and perceptions within the frequency that the brain decodes
00:30information, the brain will decode those frequencies and will have those perceptions.
00:39You can externally influence people's perceptions externally by broadcasting these frequencies
00:47that we interact with because we are antenna.
00:50The sad reality is that where we now play our music is in A440.
01:00Where did that come from?
01:01It used to be 417.
01:04A440 came in with the Roman Catholic Church.
01:09They suppressed the frequencies, they lost somehow the 152 of the best Gregorian chants
01:16including the Hymn to St. John the Baptist, which we've now recovered, that that particular
01:22hymn was what triggered Dr. Palaio's investigation looking for those frequencies of vibration
01:28by which the music was played.
01:29It was known as the most uplifting hymn of all the ages, the most spiritually uplifting
01:34hymn, Hymn to St. John the Baptist.
01:37It was played to six tones.
01:39These are those six tones, these are those six frequencies.
01:42And so the A440 is what now is the standard tuning.
01:48If you go A439, you're closer to one of the Creator's tones.
01:55If you go A441, you're closer to one of the Creator's original tones.
02:00That's how precisely it has been manipulated.
02:03To do what?
02:05To shut down the 95% of your brain, particularly the right brain that operates the heart-mind
02:12for the divine human community.
02:14Some decades ago, there was a guy who worked out the frequencies of different emotional
02:20states.
02:21This is long ago.
02:22I mean, it's very, very sophisticated now.
02:25So every thought, every emotional response is a frequency.
02:32It generates a frequency and it is of itself a frequency.
02:36Hate is a frequency and it's different to love.
02:40You know, when you are in a room and there's lots of aggression and conflict and hatred,
02:45you feel it.
02:47What do people say?
02:48Oh God, you can cut the atmosphere with a knife in there.
02:50That is because the frequencies of hate and conflict have been so generated, they have
02:55changed the electromagnetic field of the room.
02:59When you go driving your car and your channel on the radio is tuned to a station and you're
03:06grooving to the music, you love that music.
03:09As you get farther and farther away from the broadcasting tower, that music gets static.
03:15You start to lose the signal from the clear channel, broadcast, and it gets staticky.
03:24When it gets staticky, you get a little annoyed, but you want to listen to it.
03:28You really have a heart for that music.
03:31So you continue to listen to it for another 10, 15 miles and suddenly it becomes so annoying
03:37that you just get disgusted, you go, ah, and you shut it off.
03:42And if you continue to listen to it, you get sick.
03:47That's what we're talking about here, except you don't even know that you've been listening
03:52to the static your whole life.
03:56You don't even know what the true resident frequency is because it has been kept.
04:01Of course, to really be effective, we need to use the proper words and phrases, scientifically
04:06selected.
04:07But that gives you the basic idea.
04:10We embed messages just below the threshold of perception so they can go directly into
04:15the subconscious.
04:17They can play across a community, these frequencies without anyone knowing, and it starts to have
04:24an effect and it starts to build rage, it starts to build anger, and people might not
04:31realize why they're feeling it, but they start feeling.
04:34And then what they do is they trigger that with an event, maybe some guy is attacked
04:40by the police or something, or somebody's arrested for something that didn't come here,
04:44and now there's a trigger.
04:46The blue touch paper's been lit of this manufactured frequency-driven rage, and you have mass riots
04:54and what have you, and people do things that they wouldn't normally do.
04:58So in other words, the master composer, master conductor of the universal orchestra is singing
05:05love songs in 5-2-8, uplifting everything simultaneously.
05:13And we're the only species out of tune and accepting static for the clear channel.
05:23You know, the American military, they've admitted this.
05:26They have technology that fires frequencies at the enemy, that basically breaks the enemy's
05:31spirit so they give up and put their weapons down.
05:37This is the technology we're dealing with.
05:44Imagine your life is like a container.
05:47You were created to be filled with joy, peace, confidence, creativity, but if you allow worry
05:54in, it pushes out the peace.
05:57There's not space for both.
05:59You can't go above 100%.
06:01You have a limited amount of room.
06:03If you allow guilt to take up space, that's space that you don't have for the confidence
06:09you need.
06:10And the reason some people don't enjoy their lives is because they're a container.
06:16Their heart is contaminated with so many things.
06:19They have 10% worried, stressed out over their job, 12% bitterness, mad at their neighbor,
06:2620% guilt, beating themselves up for past mistakes, 9% jealousy, their co-worker is
06:32more beautiful.
06:33They don't realize 70% of their container is negative.
06:38They wonder why they don't have joy, creativity, passion.
06:42They only have room for 30% of what they should have.
06:47Give no place to the enemy.
06:49It's not just talking about forces of darkness.
06:51That means give no place to guilt.
06:55Give no place to worry.
06:56Give no place to bitterness.
06:58It can't come in and automatically take over.
07:01You control what's in your container.
07:04You control what you think about, what you choose to allow in.
07:09We all have negative emotions, negative feelings.
07:13You have to make the choice.
07:14I'm not going to give this jealousy, this bitterness, this anger valuable space and
07:21let it poison my life.
07:22I'm going to protect what I allow in me.
07:26Every morning when we wake up, we need to empty out anything negative from the day before.
07:32Somebody offended you at work.
07:34They didn't treat you right.
07:35It's easy to let that offense stay.
07:38Feels good to carry around a grudge.
07:40You have to be disciplined.
07:41Say, no, I am not giving this offense any room.
07:45I am not going to let it sour my day.
07:48They hurt you once.
07:50Don't let them continue to hurt you by holding on to the offense.
07:54Being offended is not harming them.
07:57It's harming you.
07:58It's taking up space you need.
