00:00I tend to use public transport where I can, so I think driving is hugely expensive as

00:20are going to be affected by it are the ones who need cars at obscure times to do shift

00:25work and things, so anything to make it more affordable for people is better than trying

00:31to deter people from driving, because people who use public transport tend to be the ones

00:37who work in offices and work social hours and things, so I think that needs to be taken

00:42I don't personally drive that much, so I don't think it would affect me that much, so I don't

00:52do that many miles, but I do think it's a bit unfair because people do have to drive

00:55to get to work and stuff, so I do think that's a bit unfair.
