01:06different thing you know learning about the realities of what the league offers

01:09at this level you know the Premier League is with all due respect to Tom

01:12Castor by the way because I love their staff and I like what they do there and

01:14they were close last season you know there's a step to go and I think he's

01:19developing inside he's learning about it through the training program through

01:22these these games when we can get games Jake as well you know that you know

01:27learning about the nuts and bolts here and then at the stadium as well of

01:31course in front of the fans so it's all part of their they're learning about

01:34whatever the football club is so I was pleased for them and also some of the

01:37players who have come in and done well tonight because Jimmy Garner and Seamus

01:42haven't had much training at all you know for them to come in and play well

01:46and put themselves out there has been has been different class because

01:49important we rebuild the squad in its fitness and make sure we get as many

01:53bodies out there and they've done really well tonight to get through that and

01:56hopefully come through and skate

02:01yeah I mean I think you know we want all of the group to lay down markers you

02:06know and it's not just about new players it's about every player can they keep

02:10re-evolving if you like you know for the next challenge and that's what I've had

02:13to do as you well know many times you know the challenges come we have to go

02:17again and go again and go again and there's another challenge at the moment

02:21so that's a mini step forward the reason why it's only a mini step forward because it's a cup

02:25competition the leagues that be on end all we all know that so our next step is

02:28to go in on Saturday and deliver a performance that can win on Saturday

02:31and just finally last few days of the transfer market being linked heavily of

02:34Oral Mangala tonight anything you can say on that well I can say that we've been linked heavily with

02:38about a hundred players so you know as far as I know at this stage unlikely

02:43that anything changes but we'll see

03:00well we had four new players out there you know Tim's slightly different he's

03:04been through us three preseason but even for Tim I think he's doing absolutely

03:08different class you know I think his equivalent minutes in the Premier League

03:12were about two games last season so to be having a full preseason and doing

03:16what I was doing I'm really pleased with that Harrison gets some minutes as well

03:19so yeah I mean that there's signs of the group you know the collective group and

03:24that's what we need to do we need to be a group and we need to be an adjoined

03:28group for the challenge that comes our way

03:35possibly we're waiting it was just a risk a reward scenario there's possibly

03:39something gonna happen but we're waiting on that but it was just what I'm

03:42where we thought we'll common sense prevails

03:53I don't I don't think I need to mention anything other than the fans have

03:57mentioned so the fans it seems to me from what I gather and I've kept me on

04:00it I've rallied round and said they feel it's unacceptable so there's enough fans

04:04in this stadium and there's enough fans across the world and across England for

04:08Everton and if they say it's unacceptable then they know more about

04:11it than me so I'm happy with the fact that they've gone no there's a certain

04:15line we think some people have crossed it it is only some don't forget you know

04:18that's frustration can lead to all sorts of situations so but the masses of fans

04:23who seem to have got involved in that moment have actually said no that's too

04:27far so they've dealt with it it doesn't need me to deal with it
