यूपीएस से रेलवे के 31 हजार 230 कर्मचारियों को होगा लाभ
बेंगलूरु. केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने 24 अगस्त को एकीकृत पेंशन योजना (यूपीएस) को मंजूरी दे दी, जिसके तहत सरकारी कर्मचारियों को सेवानिवृत्ति से पहले अंतिम 12 महीनों के औसत मूल वेतन का 50 प्रतिशत पेंशन के रूप में मिलेगा। इसका उद्देश्य सरकारी कर्मचारियों के पेंशन लाभों को बढ़ाना है, जिससे सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद उनकी अधिक वित्तीय सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके।
