Local Rice and Kebab is one of the most authentic and delicious dishes from the north of Iran, served alongside delicacies such as Salted Caspian kutum Roe, Walnuts, Fava Bean, and Marinated Olives.

Note: To tenderize lamb meat, use grated raw tomato. If using veal, you can tenderize the meat with grated kiwi or grated raw fig.

Ingredients for 3 people:
1 kg Lamb Leg
1 Large Onion
1 Medium Tomato
Salt and Black Pepper Powder as needed..
