00:25Yes sir. Kahapon po, very limited yung mga sinabi po ni Sheila Guo as well as ni Cassandra Lee Ong about the way Alice Guo and her siblings were able to depart the country.

01:24Dumipat po siya ng Kuala Lumpur, then Singapore and eventually po in Indonesia where they were arrested.
01:30Kahit naman po backdoor yung bahaging yun ng Pilipinas, mayroon mga immigration officials hindi po ba na nagmamando sa lugar nayon?
01:37Informal force po mayroon po pero yung mga baybay dagat po natin, alam po natin na malaki yung baybay dagat po ng Pilipinas.
01:45Wala pong immigration presence doon sa area and this could have been abused by these individuals para magpuslit po papunta sa ibang bansa.

01:59Sa ngayon po sir Raffy hindi pa sila nagtasalita about the manner that they have departed the country.
02:06But they were turned over to the NBI after ma-inquest natin si Sheila.
02:12Si NBI naman po mayroon mga karagtagang penil na kaso sa kanilang dalawa.
02:17And kasama po dyan yung investigation on how they were able to depart sa Philippines.
02:22Ito pong Chinese passport ni Sheila Guo, may record po bang BI kung kailan ito huling nagamit?
02:28Sa atin pong record hindi pa nagagamit itong Chinese passport niya.
02:32Ang pangalan po niya is Zangier. Iba po ang date of birth, iba po ang pangalan.
02:39So entirely different identity ito than the one that she is presenting in her Philippine passport.
02:45So ito po is isang reason namin para susuhan po siya ng deportation charge for misrepresentation because she is presenting herself as a Filipino
02:56despite holding a valid Chinese passport.
02:59Ang Chinese passport niya valid pa po up until 2031.
