00:00Hello, and welcome to what time in Wigan this week.
00:06The fantastic Crook Charity Beer and Boats and Bands Festival returns next week to Crook Hall in Shevington.
00:12There will be fun for everybody and music to suit all tastes.
00:16There is a taster session on August 29th, but it runs from August 30th until September 1st.
00:21The 4-legged Romley Fun Day in aid of Little Miss CIC takes place at the Robin Hood Pub in Leigh on August 31st, from 11am until 3pm.
00:31There will be a dog show, live music, stalls and more. Entry is £2 for adults and children are free.
00:38Or why not join the Tillsley Bass Band for a fantastic evening of fanfare, flag waving and fireworks in the beautiful surroundings of Mains Park on August 31st.
00:48Bring your own blankets and chairs and picnic for a memorable evening of music.
00:53Gates open at 6.30 with music starting from 7.30pm.

01:01And finally, the 12th Wigan 10K for Joining Jack will take place on Sunday, September 1st, featuring a 10K and a Family Mart race.
01:10Both will be starting at Mains Park at 10am for the 10K and 12.30pm for the Family Mart.
