00:00Because of the illegal and dangerous actions of China,
00:03the China Coast Guard and the Philippine Coast Guard
00:06were at odds earlier this morning.
00:08According to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea,
00:11the ships of the China Coast Guard were moving aggressively
00:14as the two PCG ships were heading to the islands of Patag and Lawak
00:18in the West Philippine Sea.
00:19The BRP Cape Engaño was first at odds
00:22near the Escoda Shoal,
00:23where a 5-inch-hole formed in the ship.
00:27A few minutes later, the BRP Bagacay was hit twice by the CCG.
00:32On the other side of the shoal,
00:34the PCG continued to send supplies to Patag and Lawak Islands.
00:38The task force's reaction was not direct
00:40to the earlier agreement of the China Coast Guard
00:42that the Philippine ships were the ones who entered and targeted the shoal.
