00:00Good morning, it's Steph at the Doncaster Free Press and it's Friday, August the 16th.
00:05Just bringing you some of our headlines this morning.
00:08Yesterday was A-Level Results Day and we've got a round-up of the best, some of the best
00:14students in Doncaster from some of the academies.
00:18All the results that have actually been submitted, so if your child isn't on there, that's because
00:24their school hasn't supplied it.
00:26There's some really, really good results, as usual, from students in Doncaster so you
00:31can read all about that this morning.
00:34We also have an update on the missing woman, Christine, who was last seen at tea time on
00:39Monday.
00:40There have been some reported sightings of Christine and the police have intensified
00:45their hunt, sending out more officers around the city to see if they can find her and bring
00:52her home safe.
00:54Then we have an update from the piece I sent out earlier in the week.
01:01There was some police activity on Asken Road earlier in the week.
01:06A dead body was found after paramedics called in the police and that initially was being
01:13treated as a suspicious death.
01:15The police did come back to me yesterday to say that was no longer being treated as suspicious
01:20so we've got some information on that as well today.
01:23So for those three stories and for anything else that's happening in Doncaster, visit
01:27www.doncasterfreepress.co.uk or of course Facebook and X.
01:33Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend and I'll speak to you next week.
