00:00A man from Antipolo City was supposed to receive a police clearance, but he was issued an arrest warrant instead of a clearance.
00:08The suspect, Vel Custodio Sanedale, has been charged with murder.
00:18This man from Antipolo City, Rizal, was supposed to receive a national police clearance this Wednesday.
00:23But instead of a police clearance, the authorities issued a warrant of arrest
00:28after he was found to be the most wanted person of Calabarzon in Salang Pagpatay.
