Here is the tafseer of Surah Al-Baqarah, Ruku 16,

#1. This ruku' discusses the story of the Children of Israel and their disobedience.

#2. Allah reminds them of His favors and blessings.

#3. The Prophet Musa (AS) told them to enter the holy land, but they refused.

#4. Allah says, "Enter the holy land which Allah has ordained for you..." (Verse 58).

#5. But they disobeyed and said, "O Musa, we will not enter it..." (Verse 59).

#6. They were afraid of the giants who lived there.

#7. Musa (AS) and Harun (AS) said, "Fear not, for Allah is with us..." (Verse 60).

#8. But they still refused, so Allah said, "Then go forth, you and your god..." (Verse 61).

#9. This is a warning to those who disobey Allah's commands.

#10. Allah says, "And do not follow the footsteps of Satan..." (Verse 62).

#11. Satan tries to lead people astray from the path of Allah.

#12. Allah says, "He only invites his followers to be among the dwellers of the Fire..." (Verse 63).

#13. The Children of Israel were punished for their disobedience.

#14. Allah says, "And We made it a punishment for those who disbelieved..." (Verse 64).

#15. But Allah also forgave those who repented.

#16. Allah says, "And We forgave those who repented and believed..." (Verse 65).

#17. This is a lesson for us to always repent and seek forgiveness.

#18. Allah says, "And do not be like those who forgot Allah..." (Verse 66).

#19. We should always remember Allah and be grateful to Him.

#20. Allah says, "And be grateful to Allah, if you are truly believers..." (Verse 67).
