00:00After a nine-game homestand in the Bronx, the Yankees are back on the road to take care
00:05of business where they hope to breeze through a three-game set in the Windy City.
00:10Aaron Judge and his crew look to take advantage against the team with the worst record amongst
00:16the lead.
00:17And Aaron Judge is sitting at 299 career home runs, so just one away from 300.
00:23And he has absolutely mashed White Sox pitching over the years.
00:26Ty Bush goes to the mound and he's got to have a little better control than he had
00:29last time out.
00:30That was his first Major League start, the four innings at Oakland.
00:33So here is Verdugo, like many of the Yankees, he has very well over the last couple of weeks.
00:39Verdugo works a lead-off walk, always good for the Yankees when they get some traffic
00:44before the boppers.
00:45High and in, ball four, and one, Soto is on.
00:50And Aaron Judge will bat with first and second, nobody out, one homer away from 300 in his
00:55career.
00:56Judge rips that to left field, it's not a homer, but it sure is a base hit.
01:01To the wall it goes, Judge into second with an RBI double, and an early 1-0 Yankees lead.
01:08Well, you couldn't have drawn this up any better if you're Aaron Boone, the manager
01:12of the Yankees.
01:13Lead-off walk to Verdugo, walk to Soto, and then Aaron Judge, who's been locked in the
01:18last three and a half months, gets a fastball up, and he does not miss it.
01:23And the Yankees all set up for a big first inning.
01:26And here's Stanton, and Carlos Stanton, a big swing, but pops it up, shallow right field.
01:31That'll open at second base, and there's the first out of the ballgame.
01:36So the five-hole hitter, Austin Wells, will step in, popped up, Sosa with a beat on it,
01:42and there's out number two.
01:43Meanwhile, with Soto at third, Judge at second, this is a golden opportunity that the Yankees
01:47are letting slip away as Bush trying to work his way out of a little trouble here.
01:52He pops it up, might be a play, fouled ground, first base side, Sheets makes a catch right
01:58in front of the Yankee dugout.
02:00All in all, we'll take that as Kai Bush let the first three reach, but only one run scored.
02:06Tonight is a night, and actually the next three games should be nights, where the Yankees
02:09feel as if they're in complete control against the White Sox.

02:16It starts with Heal continuing to pitch the way that he has pitched recently.

02:26One away, and now former Yankee Andrew Benintendi's been hitting the ball with authority of late.

03:14Benintendi will walk home, as Gavin will trot into second, as the Sox take a 2-1 lead here

04:21The Yankees felt like they left Bush off the hook in the first inning, but here,
04:25trying to do some damage in the second with Soto and Judge with the bases loaded.

05:08Verdugo really upset with himself, and he almost forgot to run, but he's out one away.
