00:00Here in the garage at Richmond Raceway with the senior vice president of competition for NASCAR,
00:03Elton Sawyer. Let's first and foremost talk about these tires because it was the first
00:07time we gave teams the competitive option to use the primary and the option tires.
00:11What did NASCAR think of Richmond's race tonight? Oh, I thought the tires were great. You know,
00:16hats off to Goodyear. I mean, they've been a great partner through this whole process.
00:21What we learned at the all-star race. This gave us an opportunity here at Richmond to put them
00:26in real competition where we're paying points and paying money. And we knew our teams would be,
00:32you know, at their best in strategy. And the way it unfolded early with the 99 and the 34
00:38putting them on, it would really showed us what that tire can do. So, you know, we'll debrief
00:45with Goodyear. We'll talk with the teams. But all in all, I'd say it was a huge success.
