DeAndre Hopkins in 2024: A Risky Fantasy Football Pick?

00:07avoiding him. Tell me why I am. He's already going to miss time going into the season.
00:13He's an, Oh yeah. Well, it breaks my heart. Cause I love DeAndre Hopkins, man. I mean,
00:16this was the guy that breaks my heart. Well, how many guys can you say are quarterback
00:22group, right? I mean, this guy's been quarterback group is like, he's played with Brian Hoyer.
00:27Like just everybody is important in his career. And the guy continues to just,
00:32you know, ball out no matter where he is. And I respect that. And I love that about him.
00:35But when you get 10 years into the league, you know, things start to drift off a little bit.
00:40He's already hurt. You're going to have injuries on your fantasy team already.
00:43So why are we doing this to ourselves? Why are we trying to continue to push this envelope with
00:47DeAndre Hopkins? You know, Calvin Ridley is being elevated. I think a little too much.
00:51Will Levis. I don't know what he's going to be a friend of mine. Put it to me the other day.
00:56It's going to be a 30 and 30 guys are going to go through like Jameis Winsett back in the day,
00:59going to throw 30 touchdowns and 30 picks. That's a lot to handle. If that's where we're going with
01:04this offense this year. So Hopkins already starting with an injury already starting behind
01:09isn't great. It doesn't bode well, especially when you're talking about an ecosystem where
01:13the quarterback is Will Levis and the head coach is not Mike Rabel anymore. So we need to shake
01:17that out of our brains too. And I think that's where I struggle with DeAndre Hopkins. He's a
01:22hall of fame player. I think we can all agree on that. I just don't know if 2024 is the season.
