Tony Pollard's Fantasy Upside: New Start in Tennessee

00:09is going to talk about Tony Pollard in Tennessee.

00:14Yeah, it is.
00:15Again, I don't want to get too crazy here.

00:19He is being drafted as an RB3 right now, and I think you could do worse.
00:25And this is one of those things where, what do I always say, Matt, follow the money.
00:29So Tajay Spears is there.
00:30It's an easy situation if you just want to roster the entire backfield, okay.
00:36But I think what's so interesting is they went out there and they still, despite the
00:39fact they had Tajay Spears, they decided to spend a significant amount of money on Tony
00:43Pollard, which means Tony Pollard is probably going to get a lot of the opportunities earlier
00:48on.
00:49And Tony Pollard is a running back that throughout his Cowboys career did work in tandem with
00:52somebody else.
00:53Ekeel Elliott, other running backs at different times, right?
00:56Last year we thought I was going to get everything and it's going to be glorious and he's going
00:59to go from a guy that's just good to great and it didn't quite happen.
01:03But I think that's our fault in the fantasy community because we didn't take that surgery
01:07on the off season seriously enough.
01:09He still finished as RB15, you know, the year before it was RB7 and now he's being drafted
01:14as RB26 or 27.
01:17I think that's value.
01:19So when it comes to Tony Pollard, I think that's what it looks like.
01:21It looks like a guy that as an RB3, I think you could do worse, especially if you're in
01:25early wide receiver builds on your roster.
01:27Yeah, I think a shot at Tony Pollard could be decent enough, especially in PPR formats.
