00:00:00Hello friends. Welcome to Friday Night Live Hungry Lee episode 168. Happy Friday.
00:00:10All right. Workout exercise. Let's see.
00:00:30Let's do the double lats. How about that? Okay. Yeah.
00:00:46All right. Let's grab 10.
00:01:16Okay, let's have some fun. Double lats.
00:01:44Okay. Yeah, fingering, finger rotations.
00:02:06Okay.
00:02:16Uh huh.
00:02:26Uh huh.
00:02:36Okay. I think that's enough.
00:02:41Half one. Five minutes break, please. Thank you.
00:02:45Yeah, that's nice.
00:02:58Five minutes. Thank you.
00:03:28Okay.
00:03:56Okay.
00:04:24Okay.
00:04:52Okay.
00:05:20Okay.
00:05:48Okay.
00:06:16Okay.
00:06:44Okay.
00:06:57Okay.
00:07:17Welcome to Friday Night Hungry Lee episode 168.
00:07:24Happy Friday. Uh, yeah.
00:07:34Let me clean up a little bit.
00:07:45I dropped a berry there. This is a hybrid cranberry.
00:07:53Okay.
00:07:58Uh, mathematics, sure.
00:08:22Happy Friday. Yeah.
00:08:28Uh huh.
00:08:33Yeah, today was one of those days where I was busy at work and also I stayed late.
00:08:39Yeah, some days like that.
00:08:42We got the job done, so it's all cool.
00:08:49Let me refuel some vodka value.
00:08:57Happy Friday. Yeah.
00:09:03Okay.
00:09:24Okay.
00:09:34Um, we get back to mathematics later. Okay. But for now, let's talk about some news.
00:09:49So, the war between Hamas and Israel is like, um, it's tough situation.
00:10:06I understand after studying this Dakota War of 1862.
00:10:14Yeah, it's very similar situation.
00:10:16Dakota War of 1862 in America, okay.
00:10:19So, settlers, they basically said, hey, Dakota tribe, give us your land, then we give you money.
00:10:35And U.S. government, okay, Abraham Lincoln days, okay.
00:10:42So, Dakota tribe gave federal government land for settlers, European settlers, okay.
00:10:49But government did not give them money back.
00:10:52They broke the contract.
00:10:54Okay.
00:10:55And so, Dakota tribe become very angry and they were starting to starve.
00:11:03And they were confined to a very small piece of land.
00:11:07It is a reservation.
00:11:09So, that's what triggered Dakota tribe to attack European settlers.
00:11:15Okay.
00:11:17Hamas and Israel, similar situation.
00:11:21There's differences, right.
00:11:25I don't know what exactly happened, okay.
00:11:27But similar situation, Israel settlers, they confined Gaza people in a very small stretch of land.
00:11:37But they were not starving, though, because Israel financially helped them, okay.
00:11:44Yeah, like food, electricity, water, whatever.
00:11:48Okay.
00:11:49But, so, Gaza were not starving.
00:11:56Okay.
00:11:58But they're just angry for the loss of land.
00:12:03Okay.
00:12:07Hamas attacked Israel, right.
00:12:09And then, I love all countries.
00:12:12I love Gaza.
00:12:13I love Israel.
00:12:14I love Lebanon.
00:12:15I love Iran.
00:12:16I love all countries equally.
00:12:18Okay.
00:12:19And so, supposedly, Israel assassinated Hamas leader in Tehran, the capital of Iran.
00:12:36About a month ago, right.
00:12:38Supposedly, they did not officially admit it.
00:12:42But from Israel's point of view, it's not an assassination.
00:12:48It's more like death, execution of death penalty to a murderer.
00:12:53Not just a murderer, mass murderer.
00:12:55Yeah, Hamas leader.
00:12:57Okay.
00:12:58So, that's Israel's point of view.
00:13:00Yeah, like October 7th attack of Hamas.
00:13:042023, last year.
00:13:08Okay.
00:13:09Yeah.
00:13:10So, I understand both of them.
00:13:13I do.
00:13:14But, still, I understand how angry Gaza people were toward Israel.
00:13:19But that does not justify murder against civilians.
00:13:24Okay.
00:13:27That's crime.
00:13:30Mass murder.
00:13:33Nothing justifies that.
00:13:35Okay.
00:13:40Yeah.
00:13:45But when it comes to Iran, I listen to NPR, some foreign international relationship analysts.
00:13:53Okay.
00:13:54They're experts.
00:13:55Okay.
00:13:56Yeah, I learn from them.
00:13:57And NPR radio.
00:13:59So, from Iran's point of view, I'm kind of adding my own stuff, too.
00:14:06Okay.
00:14:07Hamas, Gaza, it's not an asset.
00:14:11It's more like liability.
00:14:14Okay.
00:14:15Not a very valuable relationship from Iran's perspective.
00:14:21Okay.
00:14:22Yeah, they're sympathetic.
00:14:24Same religion.
00:14:26Iran.
00:14:29And Gaza, Palestine.
00:14:32But different languages, though.
00:14:34They use the same Arabic alphabet in Iran.
00:14:38But Persian, Farsi, that's different from Arabic.
00:14:43Totally.
00:14:45They just use the same alphabet.
00:14:47Okay.
00:14:48Yeah.
00:14:51Farsi, Persian is Indo-European language.
00:14:55Okay.
00:14:56What is Indo-European language?
00:14:57Yeah, like European language and Indian language, there's something in common.
00:15:00Okay.
00:15:01So does Persian language.
00:15:03Okay.
00:15:04It's vastly different from Arabic.
00:15:07Okay.
00:15:11But similar religion, Islam.
00:15:13Yeah.
00:15:14We're talking about Palestine and Iran.
00:15:17But they're different languages.
00:15:19Okay.
00:15:20Yeah.
00:15:21Palestine, they use Arabic.
00:15:23Iran, Farsi, Persian.
00:15:26They're two totally different languages.
00:15:28Okay.
00:15:29And so they're sympathetic.
00:15:31Yeah, Iran is sympathetic to Palestine because they have the same religion, Islam, right?
00:15:37But when it comes to international politics, the sympathy, having the same religion, it
00:15:47only goes so far.
00:15:49It's about benefit.
00:15:54It could be political benefit or military benefit or financial benefit, economic benefit.
00:16:04Okay.
00:16:05So from Iran's practical point of view, aside religion of Islam, okay, or sympathy, when
00:16:18it comes to practical point of view, like politics, economy, military-wise, from Iran's
00:16:25perspective, yeah, Hamas, Gaza is a liability, not an asset.
00:16:31Okay.
00:16:33So is it worthwhile to go to war with Israel from Iran's perspective?
00:16:42Because a Hamas leader who is a citizen of Gaza, Palestine, not a citizen of Iran.
00:16:53Okay.
00:16:54So assassination of Hamas leader in Iran, does it justify Iran's war against Israel?
00:17:03I don't think so.
00:17:06I don't think Iran would be motivated to go to Israel because Hamas leader was killed in
00:17:11their soil.
00:17:14It takes a lot more than that to go full length for Iran to go war with Israel.
00:17:21It takes a lot more than that.
00:17:23Okay.
00:17:24So Hamas leader is not even citizen of Iran.
00:17:28No.
00:17:29He's a foreigner.
00:17:32Though they consider him as a friend, but diplomatically, economically, militarily speaking,
00:17:44not a very valuable ally.
00:17:49Okay.
00:17:50I know I sound cold.
00:17:52I'm sorry.
00:17:53But I'm just being objective here as a political scientist.
00:18:01Sure.
00:18:02Sure.
00:18:03Okay.
00:18:04Yeah.
00:18:05On the radio, I heard that Lebanon's Hezbollah actually is more valuable asset to Iran than
00:18:19Hamas in Gaza.
00:18:22Why?
00:18:24Because Lebanon is kind of between Iran and Israel.
00:18:28So there's some barrier wall kind of concept.
00:18:35Right?
00:18:36So it's strategically more important to Iran.
00:18:38Hezbollah in Lebanon is.
00:18:42Because Gaza is not between Israel and Iran.
00:18:47No.
00:18:48Israel is between Gaza and Iran.
00:18:52Okay.
00:18:54Like military standpoint, strategically, it's not a very important partner, important ally
00:19:00to Iran.
00:19:02Okay.
00:19:03That's what I learned from foreign affair analysts interviewed by NPR in the radio.
00:19:11Okay?
00:19:12Yeah.
00:19:13Okay.
00:19:14Now, let's take five minutes break.
00:19:21Okay?
00:19:22We are learning about international relationship, international politics, foreign affairs.
00:19:28Okay?
00:19:29Which is very, very important.
00:19:30Okay?
00:19:31Yeah.
00:19:32All right.
00:19:33Let's take five minutes break.
00:19:34Okay?
00:19:35Thank you.
00:19:36Yeah.
00:19:37We study mathematics.
00:19:38We study other stuff too.
00:19:39Okay?
00:19:40We study everything.
00:19:41That is good.
00:19:42Okay?
00:19:43That's valuable.
00:19:44Okay?
00:19:45Yeah.
00:19:46Humanology.
00:19:47Humanology.
00:19:48Five minutes.
00:19:49Okay?
00:19:50Thank you.
00:19:51Okay.

00:23:52Anyone?
00:23:53Yeah.
00:23:54I think last time
00:23:55last time
00:23:57so
00:23:58next time
00:23:59we will

00:24:12sword. Yeah. Mostly like European background. Okay. Yeah. Okay. And, yeah. How interesting.
00:24:24I appreciate that. Thank you. And, um, oh, what else? Yeah, though. Hunkilus involuntary
00:24:37confinement in mental hospital back in 1990s. Yeah. I mean, I was rebellious against my
00:24:47parents, my teachers as a high schooler, my grandparents. I was rebellious to run away
00:24:54from house, run away from school. So my parents made the right decision to involuntary commit
00:25:01me to a mental hospital. Okay. They knew I was not crazy. They just wanted me to be
00:25:09safe. I would just run away. Okay. So I agree with that decision. Yeah. But they knew I
00:25:22was not crazy. My doctors knew I was not crazy. Okay. So they diagnosed me with like, I'm
00:25:33not sure, schizophrenia was one of the least, maybe potential possibility of schizophrenia.
00:25:39Maybe it was there. I don't remember. It was a long time ago. It was like 1996, something
00:25:44like that. Okay. Long time ago. But yeah, the bipolar, maybe like megalomania, like
00:25:56something like that. But doctors, it was not a misdiagnosis because doctors knew I don't
00:26:03have any of those stuff, mental illness. So it's not a misdiagnosis. Misdiagnosis, it
00:26:13means doctors will think that this person have these diseases. Okay. That's misdiagnosis.
00:26:22When this person does not have that disease, that's misdiagnosis. Okay. Error, mistake.
00:26:29But in my case and other people's case too, it was misdiagnosis. Doctors knew I didn't
00:26:37have those diseases. Then what type of diagnosis is that? Yeah, it's a fake diagnosis. Lie.
00:26:43Okay. Well, they had to. Why? They need to justify my hospitalization, right? So they
00:26:54have to write something in the form, report slot. Okay, what kind of mental disease does
00:27:01Hunkily have? They cannot say none, then they would have to release me. So they had
00:27:12to call me something. So it's a fake diagnosis, okay, but because they had to. I understand
00:27:25that, okay. I don't blame them at all. They had to, okay. Cheers.
00:27:43Okay. Funny story. Because back in the days, we're talking about 1990s in South Korea,
00:27:52okay. My fellow mental hospital patients, some of them, I asked them, okay, why are
00:28:02you here? Okay. Some of them would tell me, some others didn't tell me. Okay. I remember
00:28:11those who told me, okay, some of them were coming involuntarily, coming into mental hospital
00:28:19because they are LGBT. LGBT, okay, yeah. Some of them were there because they smoke
00:28:28marijuana. It's still illegal in South Korea, okay. And some of them were in mental hospital
00:28:44because they did some kind of drugs, like, I don't know, cocaine, I guess. I don't know,
00:28:49some other drugs, okay. And some others came to mental hospital because it's a married
00:28:56man, a father and a husband. He thought this child is not my biological child. He thought
00:29:07his wife cheated on him and this child is my wife and some other guy's child. That's
00:29:16what he thought. So he was coming into mental hospital. Some others, yeah, runaway kids,
00:29:26just like my kids was, okay. Yeah, runaway teenager. So that's why they're in mental
00:29:33hospital. Some others thought that, and this is gentleman, okay, and he thought that he
00:29:46would become South Korea president one day. He'll talk about it. Yeah, I'll become president
00:29:58of South Korea one day. And that's why he was confined in mental hospital. That's how
00:30:12it was back then, okay. I don't know about now, but 1990s, South-South Korea, it was
00:30:18like that, okay. It was like very monolithic culture where diversity is not allowed. Deviation
00:30:33from the norm is not allowed. That's how it was in 1990s, South-South Korea. And that
00:30:39was one of the reasons why I decided to come to America. Freedom, okay. I'm pretty sure
00:31:01South Korea is a lot different now. More diversity, I guess. More freedom than before. I'm pretty
00:31:13sure about that. Yeah. No, time to look at? Yeah, I had a long and busy day at work, so
00:31:27mathematics tomorrow, okay. I don't like overworking, okay. I know how to balance work and play
00:31:36and rest. It's been more than 30 minutes already. Wow. Okay. Five minutes break, and
00:31:50then we go to Instagram Live, okay? Okay, sure. Yeah. Mm-hmm. That'll do. Five minutes,
00:32:15okay? Thank you. Yeah. Okay. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Sorry.
00:32:45Mm-hmm.
00:33:15Mm-hmm.
00:33:45Mm-hmm.
00:34:15Mm-hmm.
00:34:40Mm-hmm.
00:35:09Mm-hmm.
00:35:39Mm-hmm.
00:36:04Okay. Before we go live, let's talk about martial arts real quick. So I mean, if I say,
00:36:12oh, yeah, you practice martial arts daily, then you'll never become a victim of crimes,
00:36:17okay? Well, that kind of statement would be kind of like superstitious, a little bit
00:36:22unscientific, or even religious. So then in scientific language, I would say, yeah,
00:36:29practicing martial arts daily basis, it will decrease the probability of being a crime
00:36:36victim. How about that? Good? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Let's go. I think we're ready.
00:36:56Mm-hmm.
00:37:24Mm-hmm.
00:37:38Oh. Mandatory selfie. Yeah. Hello, friends. Yeah, welcome to Friday Night Live with Hong
00:38:03Instagram Live Edition. Happy Friday. Yeah. So what was my dinner? Well, I worked late,
00:38:12so I was driving back from work to my home here. I was hungry, so on my passenger side
00:38:24of my car, I had these snacks. Basically, a beef jerky stick, and then almonds package,
00:38:41right? Yeah. So I had two almond packages and one beef jerky stick, okay? That was my
00:38:54dinner. It was good. Also, I have water bottle in my car, so drinking water. So yeah, that
00:39:03was good. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Good times. Yeah. Quiet Friday. Yeah. Now let me
00:39:28start drinking a little bit. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, I think something went wrong internet

00:43:03great. Yeah. No doubt. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I'm sure you did great, okay? Yeah. Absolutely.
00:43:18No doubt. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Now, let me grab Chaga Valkyrie pick.
00:43:40Yeah. Mm-hmm. Okay. Yeah. You did well. Okay. Yeah. Chaga. Chaga Valkyrie. Yeah. Cheers.
00:43:58Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah, you did well, and you have another one lined up next week. Fantastic.
00:44:06Mighty proud of you. Oh, yeah. It's fun, right, interview? Yeah. Yeah.
00:44:16Yeah. So my advice, interview tips, yeah, smell good, okay? Yeah. Mouth, breath, fresh
00:44:44breath, okay? Yeah. Oh, thank you. Yeah, interview tips, yeah, smell good, okay? Personal hygiene,
00:44:58look clean, and fresh breath, like mouthwash, okay? Yeah. And also good exercise, diet,
00:45:08be healthy, dress nice, and also do some research, like interview questions, right? Yeah. Depending
00:45:18on what your job you're interviewing for, right? Yeah. So, yeah, just Google. Let's say if you're
00:45:26a computer programmer, yeah, computer programmer interview questions, and yeah, yeah. Love life?
00:45:38Ah, sure. Yeah, love stories. Okay. Cheers. Thank you. Welcome. Yeah. Love stories.
00:45:58When was elementary school? South Korea. I was sixth grade, so like 11, I guess, and oh, my voice is
00:46:12sharp. Let's say five minutes break, okay? I need some vocal rest. Then I'll tell you the story. Yeah. It's not
00:46:20a dating story. It's more like me having crush on a lady, same age, 11 years young, sixth grade. I'll tell you
00:46:32the story, okay? Sure. Five minutes. Thank you. Welcome. Good evening. Okay. Sure. Story time.
00:46:44Yeah, we can do that. Might be proud of you, future leaders. Love my charts. No dating until 25, okay? Yeah.
00:47:14Okay.
00:47:44Okay.
00:48:14Okay.
00:48:16Okay.
00:48:18Okay.
00:48:20Okay.
00:48:22Okay.
00:48:24Okay.
00:48:26Okay.
00:48:28Okay.
00:48:30Okay.
00:48:32Okay.
00:48:34Okay.
00:48:36Okay.
00:48:38Okay.
00:48:40Okay.
00:48:42Okay.
00:48:44Okay.
00:48:46Okay.
00:48:48Okay.
00:48:50Okay.
00:48:52Okay.
00:48:54Okay.
00:48:56Okay.
00:48:58Okay.
00:49:00Okay.
00:49:02Okay.
00:49:04Okay, third time, slow.
00:49:06Third time.
00:49:10Yeah.
00:49:12Boyhood crush, right?
00:49:14Like...
00:49:16What year was that?
00:49:22I'd say 1990, year 1990, all right?
00:49:2611th grade. No, no, sixth grade elementary school.
00:49:28I was at eleven, right?
00:49:30I was 11, right, and co-ed, half girls, half boys, about 50 students in a class, big class,
00:49:41right?
00:49:4225 boys, 25 girls, and 6th grade elementary school, Seoul, South Korea, 1990.
00:49:52And one day, this same age, young lady, we were young, 11 years old, and one day a lady
00:50:07transferred from another school to our school, to our classroom, and she was a very beautiful
00:50:17Korean.
00:50:18Cheers.
00:50:19She was kind of a boutique, kind of short in stature, and slender, and big eyes, and
00:50:30she had a hairstyle, straight hair, over shoulder length, and she wore eyeglasses like mine.
00:50:42Back then, I did not wear eyeglasses.
00:50:45She did wear eyeglasses.
00:50:48I remember her appearance vividly, and I was like, wow, she looks like fairytale.
00:50:57Yeah, she had big eyes, and I really liked her.
00:51:12She was kind to me, but it was not reciprocated.
00:51:22I had crush on her, but she liked, she was kind to me, but she didn't like me.
00:51:34She liked one of my friends instead.
00:51:41Okay, all right, well, what, so who was that friend of mine?
00:52:03He was class president.
00:52:06He was highly academic, in terms of sports, he was okay with sports, but he was more like
00:52:21nerd, geek, academic.
00:52:24He excelled in school, all classes, and he was class president, and he wore eyeglasses.
00:52:37I didn't.
00:52:38I didn't study that hard when I was in elementary school, no, but he did study very hard, and
00:52:49also he played musical instrument, I think it was flute, sideway, flute, I think, okay?
00:53:04Yeah, and she liked him, but did he like her?
00:53:14No.
00:53:15No, I mean, like in a romantic sense, that's what I mean by like, okay?
00:53:23So he was just into studying, yeah.
00:53:35Oh, thank you, thank you.
00:53:36His appearance, yeah, he wore eyeglasses, he has big eyes, and good hairstyle, but again,
00:53:43he's short in stature, yeah, shorter than me, and body type, slender, but yeah, hey,
00:54:03thank you for your compliment, thank you.
00:54:06Do I think I'm smarter than he?
00:54:10Yeah.
00:54:12I'm 5'5", 10 inches, 5'10", yeah?
00:54:20The lady, she's good-looking, that's why I like her, and so I liked her, she liked him,
00:54:33he was not interested in romance, he was just studying.
00:54:39I'm sure he's still a guy, okay?
00:54:43Yeah, put it, slender, all of us, yeah.
00:55:00So, I stopped having crush on her, because, okay, you like my friend, and not me, so there
00:55:20was like, yeah, disappointment, and not like heartbroken, no, not like that, but just disappointed,
00:55:32and I was kind of turned off, yeah, yeah.
00:55:45How do you exit the friend zone?
00:55:47Well, you mean like, you want to be more than friend?
00:55:51Well, you have to wait until you turn 25, no dating until 25, focus on education and
00:56:00career development, it's that simple, but in the future, after you turn 25, let's say
00:56:09you have, I mean, no matter what your gender is, right, after you turn 25, you have some
00:56:19opposite gender friend, now you want to be more than friend, but it has to be mutual
00:56:30attraction, okay?
00:56:34So, I would say, yeah, just be honest, and tell your feelings, and see how it goes, yeah,
00:56:55simple.
00:56:59I never had that kind of experience, actually, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe like once, maybe.
00:57:24It's hard to talk about feelings?
00:57:26Well, again, wait until you turn 25, before that, no dating, just study, do good in school,
00:57:33okay?
00:57:33Yeah, cheers.
00:57:40Do good?
00:57:43Yeah.
00:57:51So, I mean, like, the dating experience that I had in my life is mostly from online dating,
00:58:08okay?
00:58:09Online dating websites, I mean, they are single people, and they are looking for boyfriend,
00:58:16girlfriend, right, even husband or wife in the future, right?
00:58:21So, it's a lot easier, right?
00:58:23But between, like, social setting, I don't have too much experience there, okay?
00:58:35But, yeah, yeah.
00:58:41But I have asked out some of my female friends in the past, yeah, some occasions we did go out
00:58:50date, typically just one date, not second date, though, okay?
00:58:56So, I have very limited experience in that department.
00:59:05Catfish?
00:59:06What do you mean?
00:59:09What is being catfish?
00:59:10What does that mean?
00:59:12It's like dating term?
00:59:16I don't know what that means.
00:59:22What's my ideal date?
00:59:24Well, I'm 46, right?
00:59:26I don't date young ladies.
00:59:27I only date mature ladies, because I don't intend to get married, I don't intend to have
00:59:33kids, children, I don't intend to get married, I don't intend to have children, so I don't
00:59:39want to waste time with young ladies who want to get married and have kids, okay?
00:59:43Because I'm very respectful and considerate, okay?
00:59:50I don't want to waste their time, okay?
00:59:52So, I only date mature ladies who do not want to get married or who do not want to have
01:00:00children, mature ladies, okay?
01:00:02Yeah, so.
01:00:07But I get to date once a year.
01:00:10Once a year.
01:00:13To me, that's enough.
01:00:16I'm happy single.
01:00:21Yeah.
01:00:25Well.
01:00:25Okay.
01:00:32Okay.
01:00:36Okay, your girlfriend does not want kids.
01:00:39You do want to have kids.
01:00:41Well, then maybe it's time to have some conversation and, uh, because you have to respect
01:00:52your friend, your girlfriend, right?
01:00:57You have to respect your girlfriend, okay?
01:01:00What she wants, okay?
01:01:02So, maybe you need to get another girlfriend then.
01:01:09Okay?
01:01:10Just be honest.
01:01:13Okay?
01:01:14Yeah.
01:01:15Yeah.
01:01:17Because, I mean, love, like, soulmate, I think that's very exaggerated, overrated
01:01:26concept in my opinion, okay?
01:01:27So, like, it's more like a religion or superstition in my opinion, okay?
01:01:36I've fallen in love before, but somehow we broke up and years later, I fell in love with
01:01:44another lady, okay?
01:01:47Yeah.
01:01:56Because that's modern romance, modern day dating, right?
01:02:00Yeah, it's not like two people meet at a young age and they get married and then
01:02:07live forever together.
01:02:10That's like old school marriage concept, right?
01:02:12Nowadays, it's more fluid.
01:02:14People divorce, get remarried, or just stay single, maybe dating sometimes.
01:02:23That's acceptable, yeah?
01:02:25What's my longest relationship?
01:02:27I would say maybe a year.
01:02:31Yeah.
01:02:37Okay, now, let's take five minutes break, okay?
01:02:39I need some vocal rest, okay?
01:02:40Wake up, wake up, yeah?
01:02:42Good evening, happy Friday.
01:02:43Five minutes break, I need some vocal rest, okay?
01:02:45Thank you.
01:02:47Welcome, welcome, welcome.
01:02:49Yeah.
01:02:52Interesting.
01:02:56Okay, it's been more than one hour.
01:02:58Okay, okay.
01:03:00Very cool.
01:03:02Five minutes break, please, thank you.
01:03:04Yeah, yeah, mm-hmm.
01:03:12Okay.
01:03:42Okay.
01:04:12Okay.
01:04:42Okay.
01:05:05Yeah, welcome.
01:05:07Good evening.
01:05:08Okay, so, yeah, my ideal date would be like athletic, stable job, and mature personality,
01:05:17and good-looking, like, you know, athletic, and stylish, and, yeah.
01:05:31It's more like common sense, right?
01:05:32Yeah.
01:05:34Cheers.
01:05:36Cheers.
01:05:38Yeah.
01:05:41Welcome.
01:05:42Yeah.
01:05:45Yeah.
01:05:47Good evening.
01:05:50Oh, yeah.
01:05:52Good times.
01:05:55Yeah.
01:05:58It's good to talk about romantics, huh?
01:06:00As opposed to politics all the time, huh?
01:06:03Yeah, I mean, politics is interesting, but,
01:06:06yeah, we talked enough about it, right?
01:06:08Like, Biden, Trump, Harris, right?
01:06:13Yeah.
01:06:14But it's still interesting, though, yeah.
01:06:20Mm-hmm.
01:06:23Yeah.
01:06:33Oh, yeah.
01:06:35Yeah.
01:06:47Yeah.
01:06:50I'm still digesting my dinner, okay?
01:06:53It was a good dinner.
01:06:55As I was driving, yeah, the beef jerky stick and two small bags of almonds.
01:07:02Oh, that was good.
01:07:06Yeah.
01:07:08Dinner as I was driving, yeah.
01:07:15Mm-hmm.
01:07:17Because I was just so busy.
01:07:19Long day, yeah.
01:07:23Oh, yeah.
01:07:26But I did run during the lunch hour.
01:07:29Yeah.
01:07:31That was good.
01:07:32Sometimes when I run, mosquitoes come, and then I run faster, okay?
01:07:38So I guess it's good.
01:07:43Mosquito motivates me to run faster.
01:07:46Cheers.
01:07:52So when I take five minutes break, I go outside, smoke cigarette.
01:07:58Mosquitoes used to come to me.
01:08:02What do I do?
01:08:03I punch and kick those mosquitoes, and they stop coming.
01:08:08I'm not making this up, okay?
01:08:13Martial arts, right?
01:08:14Prevents mosquito virus.
01:08:16Okay.
01:08:17Welcome to humanology, okay?
01:08:19Yeah, when mosquito comes, yeah, kick and punch those mosquitoes, and they stop coming.
01:08:29I'm not making this up, okay?
01:08:31Mm-hmm.
01:08:34Yeah.
01:08:39Yeah, I guess they have some memory, mosquitoes, so
01:08:44they just go somewhere else, I guess.
01:08:51Good.
01:08:56Yeah.
01:09:02Yeah, welcome, yeah?
01:09:04Happy Friday.
01:09:05Good evening.
01:09:08Cheers, yeah.
01:09:12Mm-hmm.
01:09:16Oh, yeah.
01:09:18Oh.
01:09:20Yeah, my neck's a little bit sore, yeah.
01:09:27Yeah.
01:09:31Yeah.
01:09:33Okay, how about we take five minutes break, okay?
01:09:36Yeah, welcome, yeah.
01:09:37Let's take five minutes break, please.
01:09:39Thank you.
01:09:39Yeah, welcome.
01:09:40Good evening.
01:09:41Happy Friday.
01:09:44Five minutes break, please.
01:09:45Thank you.
01:09:48Yeah.
01:09:49Oh, my neck is sore.
01:09:51Ooh.
01:09:52Ooh.
01:09:53Ooh.
01:10:01Mm-hmm.
01:10:31Mm-hmm.
01:11:01Mm-hmm.
01:11:31Mm-hmm.
01:12:01Mm-hmm.
01:12:25Okay, friends, welcome back.
01:12:27We're back.
01:12:28So, yeah, there are many places where I go running during the lunch hour in Matsu Valley,
01:12:37like Wasilla, Palmo area, and yeah, and this particular place that I went to yesterday and
01:12:48today, yeah, cranes, the big birds, sandhill cranes, I guess, yeah, with, like, red pads on top.
01:12:56Oh, a lot of them, like 30, maybe 50 of them, okay, yeah.
01:13:02I've seen them before in that spot, okay?
01:13:04So they come, like, every year, and they're seasonal birds, and beautiful.
01:13:09I love the sounds that they make.
01:13:14Very clean, dry sound, right?
01:13:16Yeah.
01:13:17Oh, yeah.
01:13:19Good birds.
01:13:22Oh, yeah.
01:13:23So I took pictures and, yeah, enjoyed the view and sound.
01:13:30Yeah, beautiful birds.
01:13:38Where's my dragon drink?
01:13:40Oh, right there.
01:13:43Okay, yeah, welcome.
01:13:45Mm-hmm.
01:13:50Okay.
01:13:56Yeah.
01:13:59Alaskan Ginseng Barbeque.
01:14:00Mm, one of my favorites.
01:14:03Alaskan Ginseng Barbeque.
01:14:07Yeah, cheers.
01:14:14Ah, nice.
01:14:18Yeah.
01:14:21Such a profound, deep taste, Alaskan Ginseng Barbeque.
01:14:28Cheers, yeah, love this.
01:14:34One of my favorites of all time.
01:14:36So, to me, I can't live without a girlfriend, happy single, okay?
01:14:42But I cannot live without alcohol or cigarettes.
01:14:45Alcohol and tobacco, that's something I need.
01:14:50Yeah, but I can live without having a date.
01:14:54I'm okay with that.
01:14:55Yeah, but I can't live without having a date.
01:14:59I'm okay with that.
01:15:06It kind of sounds sad, huh?
01:15:08But it's not.
01:15:10I'm not sad, I'm happy.
01:15:12Cheers.
01:15:15Oh.
01:15:15Mm-hmm, yeah, welcome to Humanology.
01:15:30Oh, boy.
01:15:33Too funny.
01:15:35Yeah, cheers.
01:15:42Mm-hmm.
01:15:46Yeah.
01:15:53Let me clean my eyeglasses.
01:16:00It's dirty.
01:16:16So, like, Humanology is like, kind of like a podcast.
01:16:21But I guess podcasts typically have just audio, where we have audio and video.
01:16:25This is a lot better than that.
01:16:26And it's kind of like, yeah, Humanology, like here, it's kind of like a radio talk show.
01:16:33But it's actually better than a radio talk show because we can see
01:16:40how many people are joining us and who are joining us, right?
01:16:44So it's a more evolved kind of talk show here.
01:16:50Cheers, welcome.
01:16:51Yeah, happy Friday.
01:16:53Oh, yeah.
01:17:01So this Alaskan ginseng bark is medicinal and it's like, yeah, it's like, yeah, cheers.
01:17:14Mm-hmm, cheers, yeah.
01:17:19It's known to relieve, like, infection or inflammation.
01:17:26It's an anti-inflammatory effect.
01:17:28Just like ibuprofen or aspirin, right?
01:17:32Yeah.
01:17:33So my neck was sore, but now it's gone.
01:17:38I did some stretching, too, so, yeah, it works.
01:17:42Cheers, yeah.
01:17:43Happy Friday, yeah.
01:17:44Mm-hmm, yeah, so, mm-hmm, welcome, good evening, yeah.
01:18:02So, yeah, but, yeah, Humanology, unlike other, like,
01:18:14podcast or radio talk show, I don't always just talk and talk and talk, you know?
01:18:19Sometimes I just...
01:18:29I just sit here and do nothing.
01:18:35Yeah, yeah, a bit laid back, informal, right?
01:18:41Yeah, relaxed, yeah.
01:18:50I don't know how many podcasters drink alcohol when they do it.
01:18:58This is vodka.
01:19:00It's like...
01:19:06This Alaskan ginseng bark is an edible plant.
01:19:12Well, the berries are not edible, okay, but bark is, so I put vodka in there.
01:19:19Alaskan ginseng bark vodka.
01:19:22Cheers, yeah.
01:19:26Mm-hmm, very healthy drink, yeah.
01:19:34Yeah, mm-hmm, thank you.
01:19:38Mm-hmm, yeah, and also, like, podcasters, some of them talk about politics,
01:19:56some others talk about, like, lifestyle.
01:20:00We talk about everything, right?
01:20:02Yeah, and...
01:20:12Radio talk show, they tend to specialize too, right?
01:20:18Yeah, some of them talk about health, some of them talk about politics,
01:20:23some others talk about finance, right?
01:20:26Yeah, but here, yeah, welcome, thank you.
01:20:30Here, we just talk about anything, you know, yeah.
01:20:38Very general, kind of variety TV show, kind of, yeah.
01:20:47Cheers, yeah.
01:20:56But the best part is international, yeah, okay?
01:21:00We are using internet, social media, right?
01:21:01So it's international, and everybody is wherever.
01:21:07Sometimes they're in their houses, like me, and sometimes they're in a concert,
01:21:14musical concert, sometimes they're in a restaurant, yeah.
01:21:20That is the best part of this, like, social media talk show.
01:21:25We can be anywhere, yeah.
01:21:30All we need is a cell phone and internet connection, right?
01:21:32Yeah, it is more evolved, more advanced, kind of talk show, you know what I'm saying?
01:21:40Using modern technology, cell phone, internet, yeah, social media, yeah, that's great, yeah.
01:21:53Oh, yeah.
01:21:55Oh, thank you, thank you, well done.
01:21:58Oh, thank you, thank you, welcome.
01:22:00Happy Friday, good evening, yeah, thank you.
01:22:05Yeah, good times.
01:22:11Now, let's take five minutes break, okay?
01:22:12I need some vocal rest, okay?
01:22:14Thank you, yeah.
01:22:16Good evening, welcome, five minutes, please, thank you.
01:22:20Okay, time check.
01:22:28Okay, we have more than 30 minutes left.
01:22:31Okay, very cool.
01:22:33Five minutes, thank you.
01:22:38Future leaders, I'm proud of you.
01:22:48Okay.
01:22:57Okay.
01:23:27Okay.
01:23:57Okay.
01:24:27Okay.
01:24:57Okay.
01:25:27Okay.
01:25:35Okay.
01:25:39Okay.
01:25:43Okay.
01:25:47Okay.
01:25:51Okay.
01:25:55Okay.
01:25:57Okay.
01:26:05Okay.
01:26:13Okay.
01:26:17Okay.
01:26:21Okay.
01:26:27Okay. Welcome back. Yeah. So, welcome, welcome. Yeah. Good evening, everyone. My name is
01:26:57Yeah. Good evening. Yeah.
01:27:03Yeah. Good. Have a good evening. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'll see you some other time.
01:27:09Yeah.
01:27:19Thank you.
01:27:23Yeah, like five minutes ago. Yeah.
01:27:27Thank you.
01:27:32Oh, yeah.
01:27:37Yeah, I love you too. Thank you.
01:27:44Oh, yeah.
01:27:49Yeah. So, the question room.
01:27:55Oh, yeah. Welcome back. And the.
01:28:04Yeah. So,
01:28:10Welcome. Yeah.
01:28:12The
01:28:16something I want to talk about. I forgot.
01:28:21It'll come back to me. Memories.
01:28:29Yeah. Time to jog some memory. Yeah.
01:28:38Oh, Olympics. Okay. B-boy dancing.
01:28:43Awesome.
01:28:46Oh, licks.
01:28:50What a mess.
01:28:55What a mess. Give me two minutes here. Okay, let me clean this up.
01:29:01Yeah. I forgot this complex.
01:29:11This is one of those leaky cups that I have. I forgot about that.
01:29:17Sorry about that.
01:29:21Yeah. B-boy dancing. Yeah. The break dancing. Breaking.
01:29:26B-girl. B-boy.
01:29:30Yeah. From what I heard, it's from somewhere in New York. Maybe Bronx.
01:29:35Somewhere.
01:29:39They made it to Olympics, right? Yeah. That's great news. Yeah.
01:29:48So, maybe
01:29:53we watch it together in the Facebook live maybe. Tonight.
01:29:58It's possible. Unless it's copyright protected.
01:30:02I don't know. Cheers. Yeah.
01:30:09I think it's a very good idea that
01:30:122024 Paris Summer Olympics introduced
01:30:18break dancing to the official Olympics sports.
01:30:23I think it's a terrific idea. Yeah.
01:30:27Cheers.
01:30:34Yeah.
01:30:37Very cool.
01:30:44Yeah. So, I have not watched a single footage of
01:30:50Paris Olympics games. Okay. I'm just too busy. Okay.
01:30:54So, but tonight, maybe Facebook live. Yeah. Maybe we watch together.
01:30:59Okay. It's possible.
01:31:03Or maybe tomorrow. Facebook live, right? Yeah. Maybe we watch YouTube videos together.
01:31:08Yeah. But I'm very curious. Yeah.
01:31:13Break dancing in the Summer Olympics. Yeah. Oh, that's brand new.
01:31:23Yeah.
01:31:27Started in America and after decades spread to other countries and
01:31:34we exceeded Americans, right?
01:31:38This is cool. Yeah. Like Taekwondo, right? Started in Korea and other countries,
01:31:44they exceed Koreans in Taekwondo. That's great.
01:31:50Oh, yeah. Cheers.
01:31:58Yeah.
01:32:08You know, I love dancing. I wouldn't say I'm good at it.
01:32:13I guess I'm decent at it, right? So, I used to go to clubs, dance clubs, right?
01:32:19Sometimes, yeah, we kind of form a group, right? I mean, never met them before,
01:32:25but just there, we met there, dance club, right? We form a circle and one by one,
01:32:32yeah, it's your turn. Now, this person come to the center of this people's ring
01:32:39and then show his or her dancing moves and then next come to the center
01:32:47and show his or her dance moves and now it's my turn. Yeah. I show my moves.
01:32:54Yeah. Yeah, welcome. Yeah. Good evening. Yeah.
01:33:00So, I had the experience in dance club, okay? Yeah. Solo dancing style, right?
01:33:05Oh, thank you. Cheers.
01:33:14Yeah, good times. Yeah.
01:33:24Dancing is so healthy. It's good exercise, balancing, joints, stretching and cardio.
01:33:36Dancing is a very good education and good exercise, yeah.
01:33:50So, sometimes I watch this news about Olympic Games and look at the pictures.
01:33:56Sometimes it makes me cry because it's so moving.
01:34:00They're great role models, athletes, right?
01:34:03Yeah, they work so hard to get there and so moving, touched my heart.
01:34:16Yeah.
01:34:22They work so hard to get there, Olympics, right?
01:34:29Yeah, the joy, right? Triumph, right?
01:34:42Sometimes some mistakes, okay, but everything happens, right? No problem.
01:35:01I'm very proud, very proud, yeah.
01:35:05Athletes, yeah.
01:35:19Okay, I think it's good time to make transition to Facebook Live where we watch some YouTube videos
01:35:28and make some video commentaries, okay?
01:35:30I think I'm going to check out breakdancing in Paris Olympics, okay?
01:35:36Maybe I'll see you there, okay? Or tomorrow, okay? Thank you.
01:35:40Okay, thank you. Happy Friday, yeah. Mighty proud of you, yeah.
01:35:59Yeah.
01:36:05Sure, yeah, let's make transition to Facebook Live and check out some breakdancing in the Paris Summer Olympics 2024.
01:36:13Sure.
01:36:14Okay.
01:36:15See you there or see you tomorrow, okay? Thank you, yeah.
