00:00Computer Science Videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05compress a folder to a zip file on a USB using a Mac computer. Without further ado
00:10let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac
00:15computer, access to a USB flash drive that has a folder in it. So we will then
00:20compress to a zip file. Let's now go all the way down to the dock. Go to finder
00:25let's now insert the USB into the Mac computer and wait for that to load up on
00:31screen. Let's click on Kingston and now we have a folder that's called YouTube
00:36thumbnails. Let's now click on this folder and now compress the folder. That
00:43should now compress to a zip file. May take some time depending on the size of
00:48the folder and the content in the folder and there you go. So let's now
00:55quit finder. Let's now quit the USB flash drive using command E to eject.
01:10Let's now take out the USB, reinsert back into the Mac computer, wait for that to
01:18load. Kingston USB on screen. Increase the size of the finder window and there
01:22we have the USB on screen with the zip file inside the folder of the Kingston
01:30USB. Let's now eject. Remove from the Mac computer and so that's it for this video.
