00:00Nino Mulac became an emotional actor when he faced a hearing in the Senate
00:05regarding the abuse of his son, Sandro Mulac.
00:09The two were charged with being accused of abuse after not attending the hearing.

00:21when the Senate heard about the allegations of sexual harassment in the entertainment industry.
00:26He felt bad for the two who abused his son, Sandro Mulac.

02:47Mr. Sandro Mulac is still undergoing psychiatric evaluation.
02:54According to GMA Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon Valdez,
02:58Nones and Cruz are not regular employees of the GMA Network
03:02but they are still obligated to follow the policies of the network
03:06that are conducting their own investigations.
03:09GMA does not condone, it also does not tolerate any acts of sexual abuse or harassment.
03:16We already submitted to the committee our code of conduct
03:20and our policies against sexual harassment and procedures against that.
03:25We immediately took jurisdiction over it as an admin case
03:29because we feel that there might be a sexual harassment case.
03:35So what we did was we immediately issued a preventive suspension order
03:40to the two being accused by Mr. Sandro Mulac.
03:43And now we are waiting for their reply because of course we follow the procedures of due process.
03:50We will conduct a fair and thorough investigation.
03:54When the Mulac family first approached Atty. Gozon Valdez,
03:58they asked for extreme confidentiality because the issue is sensitive.

04:14The Mulac family was led to believe that the GMA Network is not included in their complaint.
