02:30The warrant of arrest initiated by Tarlac RTC is invalid.

02:34Talentino said that the nearest judicial region in Tarlac is Ordaneta, Pangasinan or in Valenzuela.

02:46The nearest is Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
