01:04Sometimes lead hand is a bit complicated to use against a southpaw
01:07You know, I believe it can still be used but a lot of fighters a lot of right-handed fighters will typically adjust the way they
01:12Use their lead hand against a southpaw. We'll see how this thing kind of starts devolving
01:16We do see an aggressive Najee Lopez trying to walk down some to
01:20Back him up the ropes here. Now. She's a good ring general controlling the center of the ring
01:23He's he always has the height and reach advantage of his opponents
01:26Very very tall for a weight class. He has get he's got that good educated lead hand, but something he's boxing
01:31Well out of that southpaw stance got a very good tricky left hand that he's been letting loose, you know to the body of Najee
01:37Lopez, I think it's very smart. You'll go the best today here at Pro Box TV. He's been six foot five
01:43He was able to floor him more than once
01:46In route to a knockout. So he has fought fighters who were taller
01:50Look good against them right now. He has to reach advantage. He's using

02:52But at the same time continues to put that mental pressure on Sumpter

04:50Obviously he's got the physical talents
04:52He's got the big amateur background
04:54He's super talented
04:56But he's been building his career on our air
04:58So we've had no easy fights
05:00Every fight, everybody has an opportunity
05:02To do damage, to win rounds
05:04Here we see Sumpter, another undefeated guy
05:06Who's coming on right now
05:08Nanji's a very experienced guy for only having ten fights
05:10One thing about pro boxing
05:12Every opponent comes in, every fighter comes in
05:14With a winning mentality
05:16They have a reason to believe in themselves
05:18This is one of those fights where you hit a guy a couple of times
05:20And he already has that half belief
05:22To begin with, where he just showed up for a check
05:24A couple of good shots and he's like
05:26Alright, I don't need this, this is too difficult
05:28And that's that big left hand again by Sumpter
05:30You mentioned that champ
05:32And that's the thing about Nanji's career
05:34Every single fighter he's fought has believed
05:36They can beat him
05:38And they've showed up with that kind of body language
05:40And it's had to be Nanji who's had to beat it out of them
05:42And Sumpter again is the same kind of guy
05:44He kind of goes into these little peek-a-boo defenses
05:46Like I'm Nanji with hard shots
05:48And can be tricky
05:50Done much better with the power shot in round number two

06:06He lands with good power

06:12One criticism I would have for Sumpter
06:14Is the follow-up
06:16Kind of goes back to ropes
06:18Allows Nanji to kind of dictate where the fight's going to be
06:20For that
06:22What a change here
06:24Sumpter doesn't really take the lead after landing some shots
06:26It's Nanji who's controlling the pace
06:28And that's why he's probably winning the rounds
06:30Even though Sumpter does some good moments
06:32This is where Nanji's really dangerous
06:34When he starts running those numbers and letting his hands go
06:36He's very good at finding openings
06:38Being the boss
06:40Very important
06:42And also you start to let your opponent know
06:44Who's going to be the boss tonight in the ring
06:46It feels comfortable
06:48You are in big trouble
06:50Once your opponent has that understanding
06:52The fight becomes a lot easier
06:54And when you have difficult opponents
06:56It's harder to make them get that understanding
06:58But you know what, Nanji is understanding

07:02And he's in his maturation process
