00:00It doesn't matter if you're suffering depression, ADHD, bipolar, borderline, physical pain,
00:09it does not matter. You really can heal your life and now we know it. You see, every time you sit
00:16down with a paradigm healing meditation, you're sitting down with someone new. Every time you sit,
00:25you're sitting with someone you don't know. You're sitting with your future self.
00:33If we can assume the feelings of the wish fulfilled, if we can sit down one person and
00:39get up another, and we've seen it time and time again, heal, restore, and completely
00:46transform their lives in just six to eight weeks. This is now science, it's not the mystical.
00:53If you believe in your future, you can believe in your future self. A self that is healed,
00:58transformed, and empowered rather than powerless. Your personality is not your personal reality.
01:06Conscious choices and decisions of who you are, when you take action, that's who you are. We do
01:12our healing meditations to transform. We don't get up and revert back to the old self, the old
01:20program that we've been running. Instead, we sit down in gratitude and practice non-judgment,
01:26patience, and kindness. And we do this consciously, contemplatively, in our waking states,
01:34through our meditation. We practice conscious action in daily life. This is how we heal.
01:43We teach our body, hearts, and minds to deeply feel the old personality
01:48being replaced by a new one. It's just a mask. So sans ego and defenses and fear,
01:56we change from within and notice our environment on the outside changing in response.
02:03That's the paradigm shift. When we move past the five sensory, through our intentions, we find
02:11meaning, purpose, energy, and passion. We shift from five sensory to extra sensory, and we'll show you
02:19how to do it. We learn to cause effect. We learn to breathe, to pause, to contemplate.
02:28We learn to respond rather than react. Getting into the gap, the space between stimulus and response,
02:37that's the magic that we're looking for. Together, we'll show you how to shift the paradigm
02:42from personality to sacred self, from fear to love, from blind to seeing and lost to found.
