- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup oil or ghee
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
