00:00So, we need to have something much more substantial, a big breakthrough, a chat GPT moment in longevity,
00:08in order to get people excited and steer them away from diet, exercise, sleep, behavioral
00:14modifications, do what your mother told you.
00:17Because we know that works, it works to some extent.
00:20But billions of people live their lives, many of them have optimized for diet, exercise,
00:27sleep, and they still aged, got diseases, and died.
00:31So we need to go radically to the next level.
00:35So far, from what I've seen, nothing works in humans.
00:39There is nothing clinically proven, no drug is clinically proven to demonstrate age reversal
00:47in human beings.
00:48So we're still trying to prove that some of the drugs that are known for 30, 40 years
00:55may have some impact, even though they work in mice really well.
00:59So like repamycin, for example, 15 to 20% consistent life extension in mice.
01:05And now people are doing combos, looking at different ways to, different molecules to
01:12go after aging.
01:14But I think that we need to have a fundamental breakthrough in order to live longer.
