00:30The group Greenpeace Philippines is worried that the oil spill may reach Hagonoy, Bulacan

00:35and affect their livelihoods based on their aerial shot.

00:40They saw a thick and wide oil shale in Manila Bay near Hagonoy, Bulacan.
