00:59The oil spill was confirmed by barangay officials from Isla Tibagin.

01:05But in the video released by PCG, the sea in Hagonoy is still clean and there is no oil spill.

01:13PCG also said that from 10 to 14 kilometers, only 3 kilometers, the oil spill can be seen from the MV Terra Nova.
