00:00This 44-year-old man was not caught when the authorities arrested him for the theft case.

00:07Alias Gorky, a construction worker and resident of Tondo, Manila, was arrested by MPD Special Operations Unit on Aveliega Street in Ermita, Manila at 11 a.m.

00:19Alias Gorky was released by the police on April 2011.

00:26Based on our intelligence gathering and validation, we found out that he was the one who arrested him.

00:36The suspect denied the charges.

00:38I deny it, ma'am.

00:41I didn't do it, ma'am.

00:44I was the one who was taught, ma'am.

00:47I surrendered, ma'am, to prove that I'm not guilty.

00:51In another operation of MPD DSOU, the 36-year-old man was in custody because of the violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.

01:02He was arrested in Granate Street, Barangay 766, San Andres Bukid, Manila at 9.30 a.m.

01:09The accused did not serve an arrest warrant and was charged with Miranda Rights.

01:16My wife complained.

01:18I just threw my cell phone and I didn't know if it would hit her.

01:23She was shocked when she accused me.

01:26When she was about to return the cash, she said there's another one.

01:31She said there's another one with the court.

01:34That's why I was warranted.

01:37The two suspects are currently in custody in the custodial facility of the Manila Police District while awaiting a commitment order from the court to be transferred to Manila City Jail.
