00:00A group of dogs were found stranded in different houses in the middle of the river in Bulacan.

00:07How did the dogs end up there?

00:09With the witness of Niko Wahe.

00:15Rain or shine, Rosalie always passes by these different houses in the middle of Muzon Rivers or Bando, Bulacan.

00:22There are still people living there.

00:25Not people, but dogs.

00:28According to Rosalie, the dogs have been here for years.

00:31I pass by because there are people delivering goods.

00:35So I have a small boat.

00:36I pass by there and I video them.

00:39There are a lot of fishing boats in the river that have potholes.

00:43The possible reason why the dogs are here.

00:45When it was washed out, there were no more fishing boats.

00:49Only a few are left.

00:52Maybe that's another reason why they were left there.

00:56They can't be taken away by the guards.

00:59One of Rosalie's videos went viral.

01:01That's why the Animal Kingdom Foundation immediately conducted a rescue operation.

01:06Early in the afternoon, they headed to the houses using Rosalie's boat.

01:11According to AKF, they learned that the dogs have owners.

01:16The owners left them there because the dogs were returning there

01:22even if they wanted to bring the dogs back to their home.

01:27They were returning there.

01:29The owners did not let them go.

01:31They were claiming that they always go back for food.

01:35They go back every day to feed the dogs.

01:37Despite that, the Animal Kingdom Foundation still took care of the six dogs in the area

01:42and will bring them to their rescue and rehabilitation center in Capas, Tarlac.
