00:00The Office of the Solicitor General wants to void the visa of the proclamation to Mayor Alice Guo as the mayor of Bamban, Tarlac.

00:07She filed a co-warrantor petition to the court.

00:15Because the Filipino did not agree with the lie of Bamban Mayor Alice Guo,

00:21the Office of the Solicitor General filed a co-warrantor petition against her.

00:26The petition's aim is to void the visa of the proclamation to Guo as the mayor and to remove her from her post.

00:34Guo Hua Ping is the name used in the petition,

00:37who was portrayed to her as a Chinese national who has been pretending to be Alice Leal Guo for several years.

00:44It is said that only one person, Alice Leal Guo and Guo Hua Ping,

00:48because their fingerprint is the same based on the investigation of the NBI.

00:52The Alien Fingerprint Card was used by Guo Hua Ping for immigration when she entered the Philippines on June 12, 1999.

01:01She was only 8 years old at that time.

01:03The Alien Fingerprint Card shows that Guo was born and lived in Fujian, China,

01:08and her citizenship is Chinese.

01:10Her parents are also Chinese.

01:13In 1999, her mother Lin Wen Ye applied for Special Investor's Resident Visa or SIRV in the Board of Investments.

01:21As a dependent, Guo Hua Ping was also given this visa.

01:25In the application process for this, they confiscated their Chinese passports.

01:30Guo Hua Ping used SIRV 30 times in her trips to and from the Philippines.

01:38But she no longer has any travel records since March 22, 2011.

01:43The OSG's intention is clear in the law that a natural born or naturalized Filipino citizen should be an elected official,

01:51and that Guo is not a naturalized Filipino because her mother or father was not a Filipino when she was born.

01:57According to the OSG, Guo Hua Ping, alias Alice Guo, made a huge mistake

02:02when she said that she is a Filipino based on her Philippine passport, voter's registration record, and certificate of candidacy.

02:09There is no legal basis for the certificate of live birth of Alice Leal Guo.

02:13The Philippine Statistics Authority also does not have a record of birth, marriage, or death

02:19in the list of her parents.

02:21But even though the information is fake,

02:23Guo still verified it when she obtained the certificate of candidacy

02:27to be a candidate as the mayor of Bamban, Tarlac.

02:30The GMA Integrated News is still trying to get Guo's file.
