00:00Good evening from Paris. The second day of the Olympic Games is just winding down here and it's been a strange one in a sense from a British point of view because there have been more medals, two more.
00:11One in the canoeing for Kimberley Woods, fantastic performance from her to claim bronze, putting her Tokyo disappointment behind her and it also bodes well in terms of her form because she's got stronger disciplines and what we thought were stronger medal chances to come later in the fortnight.
00:25And in the pool where Adam Peaty has won silver in the men's 100m breaststroke, 0.02 seconds away from winning that particular event for the third time in a row but he's very emotional afterwards.
00:36Dig out the quotes and the reaction and all the report. Over on Standard Sport from my colleague Matt Magendie for that.
00:42But I've just come from Roland Garros where despite there being no medals on the line we've had probably the most iconic moment of the game so far from a British perspective where Andy Murray playing his last professional tournament as a tennis player in the men's doubles alongside Dan Evans.
00:58They were down and out, they were dead and buried. At one stage they were setting a breakdown, they brought it back to force a first to ten tiebreaker. Within that they were 9-4 down, they saved them five match points in a row, won seven points on the bounce and all.
01:12An amazing scene at the end there. They live to fight another day and Andy Murray has at least one match left in his amazing career. You can read that report and find plenty more reaction over on Standard Sport.
