00:28Unang-una, she shares that when we have the opportunity to move, let's just grab it.
00:32I remember when I was handling a newborn a year ago,
00:35the only time I had for myself that lasted more than 10 minutes was taking a shower,
00:40so I would do squats while taking a shower.
00:43Funny as it sounds, it actually helped me overcome postpartum depression
00:47and also put me in a happier mental state.
00:50Second tip Bea gave was to not be hard on ourselves.
00:53The same way we give our kids our time and attention,
00:56we deserve to give ourselves time and attention as well.
00:59Ang tunay na healthy and happy mom makes a healthy and happy baby.
